Rumah Turi Eco Hotel

I changed the hotel. So think twice. For as little as 200k more I'm now in a five star hotel with five star service including a huge breakfast buffet. The bathroom is big and the shower is working. There is even a dressing room. On the rooftop is a beautiful swimming pool where they serve free afternoon tea. And there is a spa and fitness room too. This place is not a Boutique Resort. The owner lies about everything that he wrote in the description. It's a very old place in a poor neighborhood. Starting from the parking into the so cold hotel the floor is extremely sleeper because of moss. The rooms downstairs are extremely dark and smelly because of mold. There is window in the back toward a wall which looks moldy and green and so is the window. That is the view the owner is talking about. This downstair rooms they sell as deluxe rooms because of the terrasse which is a dark gangway and entrance of the rooms. Like a corridor but open towards an overgrown garden. The upstair rooms have windows that you can open. The view is towards the wall from downstairs, the water tank and the AC is also just in front of the window, to make sure you have a beautiful sound the whole night. In addition to the view in the description of the hotel. The walls in the room are mouldy and the paint is peeling off.  The shower head is calcified and therefore only drops of water.  The whole place feels like it needs a proper renovation and cleaning.  I changed to an other hotel and asked for a refund. Which the owner didn't gave.

Pretty hotel tucked away down side street. Friendly helpful staff and quiet at night with sound of waterfall. Water refill station. Very green. Bathroom not as clean as it could be.

Friendly staff Excellent breakfast This is a lodge, rather than a hotel. But even there standards should apply as to hygiene and service. And these were not good. Also, the hotel offers city tours and tours in the surroundings. Make sure you list what you'd like to see, otherwise you may be taken to tourist haunts (batik shop, oil factory/shop)

Cleanliness but the staff is very responsive

Definitely, location! It's very strategic and located in quiet area. The plants, considering extremely hot weather recently. No phone inside the room, will be hassled if you need anything. Hairdryer need to borrow from reception.

The hotel located in the city center, just walking distance to a big mall in Solo so you can get whatever you want. The room is spacious and cozy. The bathroom is clean, the shower has perfect water pressure and temperature. It also has blinding curtain so it's comfortable to sleep in. The room is gloomy especially during the evening due to limited lighting. The bed is not super clean, got kinda itchy when I lay down. The small garden area seems abandoned. There's quite amount of mosquitoes so bring your own mosquitoes repellent.

The location is in the centre near to the shopping area and restaurants, within the housing area which is quiet and peaceful. It is considered an old hotel that need lots of refurbishment. The towels that should be white in colour need to be changed and upgraded as they are more like kitchen cloths (lap dapur) rather than decent pieces of linen to dry up and clean the body. Cleanliness is rather poor, the rattan to cover the side lamp is dusty, the sinks in the bathroom has too much mould as well as on the glass and mirror. Busy catching and killing the mosquitos before finally able to sleep. The small garden has no plants, just stoned floor which seems never been maintained.

A great little hotel in Solo, near the train station. It is just like the photos, with lush greenery everywhere. An excellent place to stay for the price

Antique boutique hotel. It has a peaceful atmosphere and green environment. The hall on the second floor could be tidied up and used for common room.
