Location ia fine The staff is less helpful. The breakfast quality. And the bartender is often out of his station so to order drinks needs nearly 45 minutes

The blower in the bathroom doesn't working automatically & should be checked by the staff who inform that it only worked on the certain time only....so the bathroom smell is bad

The hotel is near to the airport. It is also close to city centre. Room is clean and staff were very helpful. Food was easy to find near by the hotel. Restaurant for breakfast was very full during our stay, but maybe because it was new year holiday.

Sort off , no bottle water provided, no laundry bag and no sanitary bag as well. The manager said the reason is earth environmental. Why don’t you try use glass bottles instead ?? We re staying at Indigo/ Marriott they do glass bottles and safe environment for the laundry bag too. To be honest the Alana hotel just don’t want to spend any money for nothing !!! The room don’t look like well look after

The location is near to the highway, accessible, and strategic. The food was good. The AC in the room was not cold enough as expected, including in the restaurant. We booked a triple bedroom but we found out that a twin room was added with an extra bed of different quality. The water in bathroom was very low pressure, not satisfied.

We stayed in Alana during Eid Al Fitr. The non city center location of the hotel is in fact an advantage; the traffic was smooth at all times. The staffs were so helpful and professional. The hotel provide water dispensers at all floor, excellent!
