The breakfast is amazing. The facilities are exceed my expectation. The room is a little bit outdated and tiny. But they had everything you need. Given the price i paid, it is acceptable.

I like the room, spacious for me & my family. The room is clean. The price of food also not so expensive. The hotel should manage the lift/elevator traffic, use technology or AI. No need to touch all button to go up/down. It's energy efficiency.

Such a disappointed which i stay for 5D4N, i deserve good facilities i can pay the same amount for better hotel downtown Elevator too slow, the smell of the carpet hall was bad, toilet at lobby was wet, dark, dirty, the flush not work well -> not represented as 4star hotel. Towel was old, room is dark (there's no desk lamp at bed side), the AC was broke (need twice to call technician to fix it) I have to wait until 5pm to get room, the reason because all room fully booked (staff should anticipate this, the reservation had came days before, they can prepare, not become excuses)

overall the hotel was not fair to get 4 star, as the lobby toilet was dirty, dark, flush not properly use, the floor wet. the room, dark, no lamp on bedside. My AC was broke, i need 2 times to call technician. 1 of 4 pillow was bad, the towel need to be replace. i can get a better hotel downtown with the same price, fyi. such a dissapointed, i was with my whole family (3 family)

Nothing Everything The stuff didn't speak English at all.......at 4 star hotel??? Come on, man. There was a girl named Dhalia she tried to say few English words but no chance. Also, she was a very rude and nasty young girl. She thought if she was pretty, she could say and do whatever she wanted to do. There is a trick. The hotel outside looks okay but as soon as you get I to the reception area the problem starts. Thr concierge and bellman are very, very lazy, and they even didn't even pay any attention. we are a group of people with kids and stuff and with many luggage whichcqas do heavy. We had to take care of our luggage or selves. The entire I terror is creepy like a haunted house very, very dirty and not smelly but stinks everywhere hallways and rooms as well. If you're cou ti g on breakfast you better go outside for cheaper fresh and more delights stuff than at their restauran. There wasn't anything really what we could like, and we were a mix crowd Indonesian and Americans. So........don't recommended this hotel to anyone. The hotel shouldn't call it self 4 star but guest house 1 star
