Neat and cleanliness. Small room, including breakfast have limited items with deep fried & spicy item. I miself donot eat fried item and spicy items thus for me (Myself) was only Poha and bread butter. There should be 2 items non fried foods

The property is well maintained and clean Situated in the old city, it’s amidst narrow lanes with nothing to reach out to nearby. As a solo woman traveller, I found this a little hard.

Air conditioning was good To much cluttered and congested rooms and hallways, even elevator could barely fit 1 person. Also we were given twin beds even without asking saying that only this one room is available. Later on we had to pay additional charges for having twin beds. Also we were charged for breakfast although it was included in our stay. Too many additional hidden charges very poor connectivity. There was no signal or network to make calls also

Good buffet breakfast, was clean with good size bathroom and small bedroom. Lots of light, good working AC. Location very close to the station, much less than 1km. Soap and shampoo dispenser in bathroom. Given multiple bottles of chilled water by staff. Wrong location listed on booking map search Google maps for "Treebo Trend Urban" , beside "Patel's guest house". It's closer to the station than booking shows.

Foreign national friendly hotel. Staff very helpful. Included Gujarati breakfast was excellent. Good Wifi. Very clean. Central location. Quiet room with window. Although centrally located a little difficult to find.Window had no decent view.

Staff starting from the guy on reception + the one who is in room service & breakfast. Very polite and active Washbasin in the bathroom is quite small and wrongly placed
