Residence Inn Phoenix NW/Surprise

Everyone is very helpful and nice! The rooms are always clean, as is the whole property. The breakfast is wonderful! We’ve stayed here several times and will continue to when in the area.

I’ve stayed here a few times now. Anytime I’m in Surprise AZ, this is where I stay. Clean, comfy beds, easy parking, quiet rooms, excellent staff and a very impressive breakfast!

I was traveling for work and it was a great work hotel option. Very central to everything in surprise and my room was huge! Didn't have a chance to use any of the amenities but the staff were kind and they designated area for dogs to play and use the restroom which was super convenient! It is a typical Residence Inn but as long as those are your expectations its a great work hotel!

Exceptional

This property seems very new, spotlessly clean with plush beds, pillows and linens. A/C and bathroom fans were quietly efficient. We didn't have a chance to use the pool or workout room but they both looked clean and well kept. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our special requests. Breakfast offerings were fresh and plentiful. We'll definitely stay again. Often, sofa beds are already made up with at least a bed pad and bottom sheet. This wasn't. The mattress was thin and the pull-out bed was uncomfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff. Blake, a janitor was fantastic.

Staff is always very helpful and breakfast is always super fresh. This is our second stay here, and will be back again in the future

On Sunday, it’s not available until 7am. We had to leave by 6:30. So we didn’t have anything.

Perfect location for attending spring training games.

The breakfast area was also well stocked and very clean.
