The elevator lights were out the whole time I was there, they just would say they knew about it. I guess no one can change a bulb.

Ate at Local on North in Duluth, and it was very good. Hotel is close to a bunch of restaurants. Front desk staff was very helpful every time we needed anything, and the person that was handling breakfast was very friendly, and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint was there were some big stains on the carpet and a stain on the pull out mattress. Things happen. The rest was very clean so I wasn't too concerned.

Excellent hotel. Great location. Clean, up to date rooms. Easy check in. Reasonable rate. Great breakfast. They have a pool, workout room and lots of on site parking. We have stayed there before and will stay there again.

The only thing that I would have to say is it definitely needed a little more attention to detail when it came to cleaning. The room had a strong odor of feet or dirty socks when I came in the room and it took several Lysol spray in a couple of hours for it to not be noticeable when I walked in the room. But after a good Lysol spray and a Clorox wipe down everything else was perfect.
