Convenient location, Excellent Staff, and Clean rooms

Very clean room, helpful staff, so many attractive locations around the hotel, the night market street around 500 mtr only Actually nothing, everything was really nice

Location close to the main shopping centre The toilet windows should be covered by sunshade film. Second, when in and out the hotel the staff immediately standing up greeting that make me feel very stressful.

Close to the metro station （5 mins walk) Line 4 will bring you straight to Suzhou train station no transfer required Construction going on all day ie til around 10 pm A bit far from major attractions ie 35 mins walk to Ping Jiang Road

Comfortable,clean and lovely staff. A bonus that you can do your washing in the basement.

Everything ! Every staff were very helpful (they attended to all our questions, and even offer to help us further..). The lobby has an inviting vibes and coffee is available all day long. Room is clean and neat, bed is comfortable (semi-hard type).. Laundry is as well available for free. It is closeby to the metro and has many restaurants and convenience store nearby. There's space to hangout as well in the lobby/outside at the corridor. The location is not directly at the center, but very close by, it's located in a slightly quieter area - which makes it really nice to go out, but nice to stay as well (no noise) .. The hotel has even prepared an itinerary which we could just follow - we find this very thoughtful and helpful ! (Esp. when we did not have anything planned in particular) 1. Pillow : But this is very much individual preference - would be good if its harder.. 2. Lighting : Not condusive for make up and it's rather dark

Laundry facility, self service coffee machine and water dispenser in the lobby Separate toilet with no bidet. Rather unfriendly staff who only nodded stiffly, face down with no eye contact when we bidded them goodbye upon checking out. However, another staff who greeted us upon check in was very friendly and helpful. It's a pity they couldn't maintain the good impression until the end.

Very conveniently located next to Metro station, super friendly and helpful staff, and overall cleanliness and service was great. They provide bottled water, a coffee machine in the lobby to use for free, and there's a microwave for your use in the basement area. Walking distance to 观前街, and easy to get to all the touristy/garden areas by Metro. Lots of food options on the street behind it. Rooms were very clean and comfy. I'd definitely come back again if I return to Suzhou :)

Very comfortable beds, very nice staff. Very much liked the complimentary laundry-mat, it was very useful to have. Just a short walk away from the metro station. The WiFi sometimes was very slow

Special mention to the staff, who were super nice and helpful. They helped call a taxi as we didn’t know how, and even taught us how to call an Uber ourselves on the all-purpose WeChat. It was also very easy to communicate as they had a real-time voice translator that was very impressive. The place itself has nice decor and is super close to the metro line, which was very comfortable. Also, there’s a street nearby with plenty of nice places and restaurants.

The walls are thin, you can hear the guests mumbles through the walls,the sound of people in the hallway and doors slamming across the floor and the sound of water running through the pipes.
