Loved it! Great hotel- location, staff, common areas, room was awesome. Great views. Gym/pool were excellent.

The lightings in the room, colourful color of green, purple, pink is too dark, and also creates an unsophisticated ambience. Considering it is a W chain, and its on the city landmark, it should be more prestigious. But that in my opinion makes the hotel feels cheap.

The room and bed is big. The view from high floor room is amazing. Next to Suzhou mall, can go through to the mall via level 3. The design of room lighting.

Fantastic location, breakfast was incredible, staff was always very nice. The overall atmosphere and design of the hotel make it seem like it's suitable for younger people, but nearly everyone would feel good staying there. Rooms feel super modern (electrochromic or liquid crystal glass in the bathroom, etc). The highlight of my stay was the lobby bar (Woo Bar). The bartender was super cool and remembered our "custom" drink the next day. The sound quality at the bar was fantastic too. Loved the live DJ ascending on the moving DJ table from behind the bar shelf. Sol37 was also good, but we enjoyed the atmosphere and open space of the Woo Bar more. If someday in the future I end up in Suzhou again, this will be my go-to place.

Excellent room design with a lot of space and nice features. Super friendly staff and good food options within the hotel. View was extraordinary, parking included, direct access to the shopping mall, nice cocktails at the reception bar. Excellent starting point for a run or a cycling trip. . Restaurant cooled down too much, adjusted after our complain. Breakfast room too loud and more like a canteen - we like the one in Shanghai more.

Staff very polite. Pounding music in the lobby bar. No option for breakfast included, which is the norm in China. Purchase option expensive.

The breakfast was not good. Most items were old. And the coffee was awful. The bathroom had a stench.
