It's not far from PUdong International Airport, only 25 minutes by shuttke bus which is running 24 hours, usually every houir they will wait you at the airport. The breakfast is very good and have a lot choices. Shuttle service take you between airport and hotel even hour. The breakfast is delicious and has many choices. The staff service is also satisfied.

Check in and check out timing was satisfactory, decor, breakfast. Wi-Fi. Staff friendly. Room was unbearably hot with heating left on high temperature before arrival. We needed air conditioning all night but still didn’t cool it sufficiently. Got locked out the room - although compensated with a bottle of wine. No service to mail post cards overseas. Hot chocolate would be nice if offered in the bar.

Foreigners are allowed to stay here. It is good, because now it's really hard to find a hotel in Suzhou, where foreigners can stay. Most hotels refuse to accept foreigners. The hotel is good, everything is new and clean. Definitely a good value for the money. The noise isolation could have been better. Sometimes I could here local buses announcing their bus stops. Thanks God there are no buses at night.

The entire hotel was modern, clean. and well decorated. The shower space is spacious. The water pressure and temperature was excellent! There were outlets near the bed and other areas that are convenient. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. HUGE PLUS! Breakfast was also good. Nothing spectacular, but it was enough variety and the food, no matter the type was TASTY! Another HUGE plus! Fresh and tasty. The room was a little warm. Although we tried to adjust the temperature, it still remained warmer than we'd liked, however it wasn't terrible. Overall, it was still comfortable stay.
