We’ve noticed that the Wi-Fi speed has become very slow, especially when the area is at full capacity with many people connected. The current speed is insufficient even for basic tasks like receiving or downloading emails. Could you please help look into this and improve the network performance? I’d like to share some feedback regarding the 3rd floor restaurant. The overall quality of the dishes needs improvement, and it would be great if a more experienced chef could be brought in to enhance the menu and taste. I recently had a business meal there with my local Chinese colleagues, and unfortunately, the food quality did not meet expectations. Improving this would make a big difference for both staff and guests.

Breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean and the location ideal for the purpose of my trip (close to the visited company and also within walking distance of the Metro). The gym facilities were good. Bar facilities poor, early closing and limited offering. Pool rules inhibited use (googles and hair cap requirements are too much). There was also no facility to purchase snacks and drinks (vending machines or a small shop).

The staff were pleasant and the room was lovely. The room service was efficient and the food very good. It was so far from anywhere and surrounded by construction sites. There is really nothing to see or do in this location.

The hotel tried hard to provide a good selection at the buffet breakfast. Quality of the food, especially Chinese food, was pretty decent. Staff was super helpful, especially Ms Cai and Mr Qin. Nothing except for the location. There’s not much around the hotel, but this is reflected in the price so can’t complain.

The hotel is beautifully designed and furnished to a high standard.The ceiling of the room is very high which adds to the feeling of spaciousness, the bathroom is huge with shower and toilet behind separate doors, which I appreciate. The staff is courteous and enthusiastic. I will certainly stay there again in future. Not much nearby. However Suzhou bay golden lakeside tourist area is about 12-15 minutes’ drive away. It’s a large well managed park with a huge museum. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the exhibition while we were there.
