Not a large hotel but very good. We got really spacious rooms on the 6th floor. The rooms are super comfortable, clean, modern, with all the latest amenities. Location was good, in close didi rides to all the main attractions. Very nice staff, even though they do not speak almost any English. Good breakfast for westerners. Overall we liked our stay at the hotel. Nothing really - no English speaking staff, but we managed with Google translate and the staff was really nice, so this was not an issue.

Mr, Jimmy Gao who checked us in was wonderful. He was very personable, helpful with places to see and activities to do. would like to have Mango Juice and croissants i.n the morning

The staff were polite, bed was super comfortable and the room was nicely laid out. It’s within a 10min walk to the beautiful canals of Suzhou. The rooms are centrally heated, so you’re unable to control the temperature inside your specific room. It was quite hot, so they offered me a fan.

Excellent breakfast, including western and Chinese style. Food items are fresh with good quality. This is a newly built hotel, around 3 years old. Although the room is not very large, the smart design makes us feel spacious enough. Staffs are professional and courteous. The room temperature controlled by the AC system worked great. But the comforter is too thick. A lighter set of bedding would be better.

The more advanced facilities, such as automatic toilets and smart curtains, as well as polite counter staff, contributed to my satisfaction. (The breakfast was generally acceptable.)

The design, the setting and the environment. Bidet in the toilet is convenient Unable to aboard/drop off a taxi right in front of the entrance of hotel, extremely inconvenient and unsafe if one is taking a DIDI service
