Hotel is nice and clean. Has laundry room Dryer takes too long to dry the clothes. Metro station is a bit too far, 20+ minuto walk to metro station.

The hotel's decoration is beautiful and there's a modern vibe. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very big! The man at reception spoke good English and noted some attractions we should go and see. The entrance was a little bit hard to find by following Amap but some locals helped to point us in the right direction.

The room is clean, modern looking and well maintained. The staff are always helpful and they treat you like friends. The front desk young lady taught me how to order a taxi on Didi for the first time. They are amazing people! ? It’s a bit far from the Tiger Hill subway station and it’s about 20 mins walk.

This property has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Write upon check in the staff was able to greet us at the door and help us with our luggage. Mr. May was immediately at our assistance helping us plan our itinerary. He had wonderful suggestions and was fluent in English. He was eager and extremely friendly to help out with whatever we needed. The accommodations is also wonderful as well. The room is updated and modern. We had the family loft with a shower. Everything was I’m free laundry was essential for our family. Location is Within walking distance to couple of historic landmarks and gardens. But there’s no problems with catching a taxi. It is very inexpensive and very easy. Breakfast was also provided in the hotel for a minimal charge. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay because the staff went over and beyond helping us with all our needs as well as getting a couple of items returned to us even after checkout. We would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Suzhou. Nothing at all

Exceptional staff went out of their way everyday to make us feel at home. Nice and peaceful location. Restaurant is also a bit of a hidden gem. Breakfast left a little to the imagination, but certainly wasn’t bad by any means

The room was huge and modern. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They added me on WeChat and I was able to ask for assistance and a late check out from my room. The restaurant downstairs was amazing and had very authentic Chinese food over all the best experience would definitely come again.

This hotel’s hospitality is on another level and I was surprised. The room and hotel were clean and has beautiful modern design. You have access to free gym and laundry. Breakfast was delicious. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is close to many great attractions. Walking from closet Huqiu station can take around 15mins so the closest station is far but there are some bus stops very close to hotel. Mr May was extremely helpful during my stay. He even took me to the bus stop and waited together to make sure I get on right bus to go to Suzhou railway station on my last day of stay. I was very lucky because my stay coincide with hotel’s free culture explore tour. It was a walking tour from Hotel to Xiyuan temple, Lingering garden, Shantang street and Ximinqiao market. The hotel staff even helped to get lunch ( famous vegetarian noodle & vegetarian bun at Xiyuan temple) and Suzhou’s famous snacks & drinks in Ximinqiao market. The hotel also gave free sourvenir (a hand-drawn bookmark from a famous artist) in Shantang street. I was able to understand more about Suzhou’s culture and history after the tour. All of the activities were free. It seems that the hotel also will prepare tours for other routes in the future too. I would definitely stay in this hotel again next time I come back to Suzhou and join another tour. Tip: if it’s a walking tour, make sure you have sunblock, bringing hat or umbrella since it can be quite sunny outside. Some of the dishes to pick up food in the breakfast area were not cleaned carefully and had a little bit of stain.
