The deposit amount was collected during my stay and the hotel had confirmed that it would be refunded. However, the refund has not been received until now. Kindly check and process the refund at the earliest. The deposit amount of 6,500 CNY was collected during my stay, and the hotel provided a written confirmation that this amount would be refunded. However, the refund has not been received until now. In addition to this, I was again charged 5,800 CNY for the actual stay amount. This means a total of 12,300 CNY has been deducted from my account. The hotel staff confirmed that the 6,500 CNY deposit refund will be returned to my bank account. I also contacted the bank, and they informed me that the refund will be credited once the hotel processes it. I am still waiting for the refund to reflect in my account. Kindly check and process the refund at the earliest.”**

First of all thanks to the cleaning staff of the room, they give a clean space. I ordered a meal in the middle, and the delivery staff expressed their satisfaction with the service. I completed the booking and payment through Booking. Still, when I arrived at the hotel, I was told by the front desk that I would have to wait for a long time, and when I asked the doorman to give me a luggage cart to load my luggage, they were very indifferent and asked I pushed the luggage by myself. When I waited for nearly half an hour and there was still no response from the room, I went to them to discuss it, but they said they were speechless and arranged a space for me randomly. The room I booked before was queen size bed, but they placed a full-size bed for me. In a five-star hotel, the Wi-Fi cannot be connected at all, and the hotel did not inform me that the Wi-Fi in the lobby is separate from that in the room, and when I want to write, I can't find any paper or pen.

The rooms are extremely comfortable, large, and have all amenities necessary. The location was perfect for us, having the subway next to the hotel, made it very convenient. The area is quiet, but still has many dinning options at walking distance.
