Location. Staff at reception There is no decent cup for coffee. They use a molded plastic. They remove all the face towel in the bathroom. They also remove 2-set of pillows. Im solo but i like the extra pillows to help me sleep when stress at work. I did not extend my stay anymore. The longer you stay the less comfortable they make.

Excellent value for money. Good transport links and a decent breakfast included in the price of the room. The room is clean and well equipped.

Not close to tourist attraction zone but subway was very helpful, easy and not much walking to change the line.Easy to access from Shishanlu st.(line 3). Located on shopping mall is Bonus.Many restaurants,bars, cafes around. The was a black colour stain on a white curtain on window at R.1505 where we stayed.

Spacious and clean. Maid services was very efficient. Food service excellent No one spoke English which made communication difficult.

Breakfast is acceptable for the spread. Metro ShiZiShan is actually linked via the shopping mall which is convenient. Front desk and housekeeping very friendly. Room is of reasonable size and comfort, anything smaller would be less ideal. Hotel condition is still very new. There are other nearby malls like Paradise Walk and Golden eagle. Quite near to famous ShanTang Street (8 stops). Situated on western side of Suzhou, whereas Suzhou train station is more central. DiDi back to hotel can be long journey due to many many traffic light stops if did not go by expressway, better to take metro. Very far distance to get to famous Suzhou Center Plaza Mall which is more to the east.

The best part about the hotel was the location - right above a Mall as well. Good place to base yourself when travelling around Suzhou. Also really close to the subway. It was great value for money. Would stay again. Not the hotel's fault, just a side note - do not input the given address into Google Maps- it will send you to a very different location.

It's a relatively new and well maintained hotel in a high-rise, part of mall (very convenient because of restaurants). Breakfast was OK. The reservation system gave the option of twin room (with 2 twin beds) and standard room for two. We check in and no double bed is offered and later we are told that none is available--even though it was clear that there were rooms with double beds that were prepared. In general, the reception was far from friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was OK, but not even close to good by Western standards--e.g., no cheese. For a Western brand, one would expect otherwise. No response to an email to the property through booking.com for more than 34 hours. No emailed receipt of payment.

The room was good, the breakfast good and the location in walking distance from metro station. The location in Google Maps is WRONG, two km far from the actual site!
