There are some upgrading work ongoing in the hotel so got to bear with the noise. The pillow is too soft.

Didn't manage to stay as was last minute informed of hotel renovations during my visit in Dec 2024

The hotel is actually under renovation and they stop accepting guest from Dec24 onwards. I made the bookings in the month of Oct24 with planned stay from from 21 Dec to 24 Dec and my booking was accepted. When I arrived, I was told my booking was transfered to another hotel which is around 1km away. I did not receive any information on this prior to my arrival. My family and I had to walk to the other hotel with so many luggages. This is so disappointing.

Hotel is close to Subway Station and city center. Lots of shops and food varieties. Staff and facilities with sufficient English notice and convenient to foreigners. Nothing really nagative

Friendly, polite, and helpful staff. Great location to access attractions using metro, train, and buses. Clean and bright room, tastefully decorated, throughout the hotel area as well. Rooms with excellent amenities, a security box, a fridge, kettle, and more. Good selection of breakfasts items. Will stay in this hotel again. Nothing

The room was comfortable and location great for access to tourist spots. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cab drivers say the location is not reachable/restricted, so they told us how to catch the bus. We met a wonderful Suzhou couple who drove us to the area but could not locate the building. It took a while and the help of several other friendly locals to find the place. The entrance of the hotel is not on the street in the Booking.com address. There must be a better way.

My second stay here. The location is central, just 5 mins walk from Chayuanchang station. The room is big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a good spread. It has a gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nil

Great location; near metro line 4 station and very near Guan Qian Street (dining and shopping street). Room is clean and comfy. Efficient and helpful staff. Good service. Overall value for money.
