Lazy staff, not trained at all, they will let you wait for half an our if you are not local, everyday there was some issue during breakfast or dinner

Staff was extremely accommodating! They gave us a room change shortly after check-in and provided us with a more than ample late check-out. The spa and massage facilities/services were incredible; perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast was amazing, full stop. Dinners were good, but yes on the expensive side. Don’t let it bother you though as there a loads of options in the town only a few minutes walk. Yes it is family friendly so if happiness annoys you, find something else. Additionally, this is not near(ish) Zadar; we didn’t travel into the city as it wasn’t on our itinerary, but seeing some complain about the distance it should be noted.

New hotel, clean and modern It is too far from central Zadar and Uber is beey spotty often not available. Service needs improvement both at the restaurant and by the pool. The food we ordered at the restaurant didn’t have much taste, and we tried many different options.

Luxury without pretence. Brand new and spotless. Very nicely done with high end comfortable furnishings. Excessive pumping of strong fragrance into the lobby and common areas.

This was a wonderful anniversary weekend for us and for sure we will come back! We LOVED everything here - starting from the hotel itself: location (only 20 mins by taxi from the Zadar airport), great quality, design, all facilities, final touches, breakfasts (a la carte - delicious!), the whole staff - their hospitality, great manners, willingness to help - 6 out of 5! We were allowed to check in/check out much earlier/later which in many hotels is not possible (we did not have to pay extra). Our room was very spacious. We got an upgrade (for free) - a huge room with a sea view. The sea is literally 2 minutes away from the hotel - so close! The staff was incredibly kind (especially: Nikolina, Martin, Tea and Roko - apologies if I missed anyone). We also received a lovely anniversary surprise - a bottle of champagne & chocolates in the room - a big WOW! You made us feel so special - thank you again for everything! See you soon! :) There is NOTHING here we did not like.
