Facilities were great, rooms very comfortable. Arranged and have email from hotel stating can check in at 1pm when booking months ago. Got to hotel and they said no, check in 2pm.

Location and the lift The car park being locked until 10am the next morning.

Good central location 3 bed room needs 3 cups, 3 glasses, 3 towels We chased up extra towels but just made do with the crockery provided Maybe a smaller kettle as it was hard to fit under the basin tap

We did not eat there at all due to circumstances but did have a couple of drinks on return from our day out The bottom of the shower needs a good dose of Exit Mould. Face Washers would have been good but none were provided

The location was ideal & the cleanliness & facilities were excellent. Checkin could not have been easier & the bonus was a lift up to the rooms. Everything overall & ease of parking security. Parking is adjacent to check in & entry to accommodation. Accessories were excellent & plenty of coffee & milk, plus a bonus of an iron

Although it was above a hotel with poker machines, patrons and live music it was quiet upstairs in the room - excellent soundproofing. Huge shower and large bathroom. Bed was comfortable enough. Staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming. Room key secured elevator which was a good safety feature. If you park in the car park they lock it from pub close time until 10am the next morning. Although they do warn you about this when you are checking in.

The location was excellent for us. We could just walk to the train station. Very much appreciated the off-street parking. The staff, especially the manager were terrific. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It was pretty quiet considering it is an hotel. We were very pleased with our stay and intend to return. The mattress was a bit soft for me but a small price to pay.
