The friendly staff and cleanliness. Very close to everything.

Great location, staff were really helpful, great having 24/7 reception and cafe counter. Room was too hot and really stuffy, aircon did not go below 19 degrees and was blowing out at best neutral air or hot air. Pillow was too big for me so had a sore neck.

Location It's clean and staff were friendly Rooms are very small

Location was excellent. Newly painted rooms left a very strong paint smell so reception were more than happy to relocate us to another room on another floor without any fuss. Shower was a challenge to get the hot water right.

Central Close to woolys And restaurants Overall was good call for a 3 star The few little things Was parking was $60 a night and the communication for that wasn’t great. I have a big black hair at the end of my bed all tucked in with the sheets The tea and coffee items where empty & the pillows and bed wasn’t that comfortable.. I did bring these things up the next morning I was told they would restock and swap out my pillows but no one ever came I stayed 3 nights

I was very pleasantly surprised by the Ibis at Barangaroo. Being a budget hotel, I thought it would not be so clean and comfortable. The floor we were on was newly renovated and looked like new. The room is small, but for an overnight, or even a few days, it was perfect. Only a few minutes' walk from Wynyard train station, and a couple of hundred metres from Barangaroo restaurant precinct, it was the perfect location for a night out. Also, and easy walk to the rest of the CBD. The staff were very friendly and the lounge area near reception is really lovely. We will stay here again.

Coffee, cleanliness The bedrooms are rather compact, and there is a noticeable paint odor in the elevator.
