The location, the room, bed , facilities & its cleanliness are very good. The staff were considerate enough to accomodate our luggages in between our check in stays while we were on travel to other places like Brisbane & Canberra, considering the hustles of bringing along heavy bags. Thank you IBIS Budget Sydney East for the extra mile. The only inconvenience we experienced was the inefficiency of the key card that would hardly open the door, however, it's still manageable since they were replaced with better cards. Just the keycards that once, twice & thrice failed to open doors, but staff replaced them with better cards.

Clean, simple, friendly staff, efficient. Everything worked. Located in the Kings Cross/Darlinghurst/ Potts Point neighborhood. Lots of good food, pubs nearby. Easy walk to Hyde Park and all the surrounding museums, churches, points of interest. Good value.

Fridge was so small it was not able to accept my cold goods.

The location was very accessible to public transport. There were not enough space to put items in the bathroom. The were no cabinet, and the hangers are very limited.

The hotel was excellent from start to finish. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. The hallways are a bit outdated

Friendly welcome. Complete lack of care - room had even been made up without pillows. Window could not be closed. At least the road noise & drunks outside muffled the interconnected room & hallway noise.

Check-in was smooth and was offered earlier than check-in time, a big thank you. Location was good, around lots of eateries and supermarket. Room was tiny, not wel kept needs some updating. Bathroom is poorly designed with water drains out to the room. I had a water leak in my room from the ceiling during the rains and the staff on duty did nothing apart from wiping.

the room was ok , the bed was a bit hard though. Breakfast downstairs was good as a continental breakfast, pasties , coffee, juices, cheese ham , bread rolls. Overall very good for the price. trasnport was difficult , for the less mobile up a steep hill, to get to Kings Cross station
