Small, shower was tiny

The hotel is very well located for those (like me) needing easy access to the Athletics Centre. The bed was very comfortable and the Olympic Precinct itself is wonderful. Lots of fast food outlets on street level but a decent walk to restaurants - I thought the hotel's restaurant, which is shared with Novotel, was at Novotel rather than Ibis prices.

Location is good, close to train station, licensed premises, and restaurants. Public areas were clean. Bar and restaurant on site. Staff very professional. Good size room, and view over Accor Stadium precinct. Comfortable room overall. Parking was on a first come, first served basis, unable to pre-book/reserve a spot. Room generally clean, apart from stains on the carpet, and a thick layer of dust on the top edge of the bed-head. Rust on bottom of the door frame in the bathroom. Bed was too soft due to the addition of a thick mattress topper. Room smelt musty, as if it had been closed up for a while. Unable to open windows.

Great location and breakfast. The room had not enough power points, minimum amenities and the pull out bed was uncomfortable.

Proximity to Venues

A very clean room and very attentive staff No guaranteed parking for guests, and the entrance to reception was not the best in terms of accessibility

The staff were excellent. The location was superb. Will definitely start here again for our next event at Olympic Park!

Room Service food was not good

Location only. The sheets/linen smelt like they were soiled mixed with bleach, the pillows were very uncomfortable and split in two and the air con was not working, leaving the room feeling very hot and stuffy.

Excellent location for event at Showgrounds. A very short walk to and from venue. Lots of options around for food. Room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money. N/A - no issues.

It is easy to get access to the train station, the hotel is very close Nothing

Being able to check out Dusty room bathroom dirty small shower husband nearly fell over. Adrian made me stay they extra night even though I was sick from severe allergy which I advised them of prior to arriving.
