PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney

Excellent location access to city center, 20 min from the airport by car, complete breakfast. None

Staff were nice we had to wait 1.5 hrs past check in time. which was a bit disapointing since it was for my daughters 21st birthday. however they did end up comping me my valet parking, but only after i complained. we were also left sitting there twiddling our thumbs waiting. and when the rooms were finally ready no one came to tell us i had to go back to the desk and ask. then since i had already checked in they made me re check in again and tried to charge me twice. it seems that communication between staff is lacking. the bath tap dripped constantly and the mirror in the bathroom had black spots on it where the mirror seems to be chipping away. the pillows were great. the bar fridge wasn't very cold, and there was no where to turn it down to make it colder. breakfast buffet was very good. the cleaning staff turned up and tried to come in when we were still packing our things

The property was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Needs updating particularly the shower. The lifts were very slow. Probably would be better running all three lifts at peek times.

They can invest more in cleaning

Great location, buffet breakfast was fantastic For an early check in I had to pay which is fine! But when I asked customer service about early check in they said subject to availability and didn't say anything bout the extra cost, which they should have mentioned.

We were upgraded to an extremely large club room. The buffet breakfast was bountiful and delicious.

The hotel is well located with a short walk to the bottom end of Darling Harbour and a reasonable walk to the CBD. The room was very clean with a good range of toiletries. Breakfast was provided in the restaurant and had an excellent range and variety. having driven there by car, the hotel location is quite confusing for the navigation system for someone not used to the Sydney traffic.

Great location within Darling Harbour - across the road from Tumbalong Park. The room is spacious, comfortable and roomy with slippers and bath gowns. Wifi was fast and reliable ! The breakfast was very and staff were attentive despite it was chaotic in the morning I can picked on the soft unsupported pillows but they have provided us with some firmer pillows the next morning, they were great!!

We had a wonderful stay at PARKROYAL Darling Harbour. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to Alison at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond with her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. She made our stay feel extra special and is a real credit to the hotel. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

The property went above and beyond — a chocolate‑covered strawberry was waiting for me in my room! It was the best experience ever!
