Great location, quiet, clean, friendly and helpful staff. Parking was in another street

Very tiny rooms.

It was incredibly clean, the staff were genuinely amazing, and the location couldn’t have been better — everything came together to make the stay feel comfortable, easy, and wonderfully memorable. Thanks to the staff. The hotel was good for the price, and while the bed was okay and the couch wasn’t comfortable, the room itself was clean and perfectly fine for a short stay. It did everything we needed, but it’s not somewhere I’d choose for a special getaway.

The cost of the accomodation and the comfort of the room Don't be close to the Gym as people start using weights just after 6am, so a bit noisy. The room also didn't have any coat hangers just hooks, which is a bit difficult when requiring a suit. Not a great view out of the window - just a wall.

Location was great. Someone opened my door {staff } and then lied about opening another door when I opened it again to look outside, instead of apologies

The air in room 608 was uncomfortably humid, despite setting the air-conditioner to dry mode. I would suggest that a de-humidifier be added. Additionally there is quite a large gap under the door. Aside from being a privacy/security concern, this also means hallway light and noise from both the open stairwell and the elevator just outside the room door can be disruptive during the night. When I used the gym, the air-conditioning was not working, and it doesn't have windows for alternative ventilation.

The location was good. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. That was near stores and it was a very clean hotel.

Total scam

Friendly staff & great central location for exploring Sydney CBD. Everything within walking distance! The room and facilities were very tidy and modern. Nice coffee machine in the room too, which was a bonus. I did find it a bit noisey on the Saturday night with the Pub nearby. Also I noticed the beds were not made properly when my room was "refreshed."

Location, the staff and breakfast next door was good The room was VERY small especially with luggage and bags and nowhere to put them.
-
Breakfast was very plain and simple and not worth the price
-
Could use more hooks, places to hang things. Coffee in lobby would be a great addition.
-
Location No ice, noisy street at night
-
all was above my expectations

It was a very nice, clean, refurbished boutique hotel. Very quiet, didn't hear any other guests at all and the room was even bigger than I originally anticipated. For 2 people, it was amazing and very worth the deal we got by booking in advance. This is not so much on the property at all, but for me as a traveler I like to be a bit closer to the action. Don't get me wrong, The Clarence is still pretty close, but will requiring some walking around to get to the most convenient Train station.

I was concerned that it was just beside the elevator when I arrived but didn't hear any noise from the elevator or hallway at all - it could use a door "snake"to block light and noise from the bottom of the dooor - I just rolled up a towel and put it there. The bed was very comfortable. Shower was good pressure and hot. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
-
nothing Small room, over-priced, no facilities, no lobby, just a room and that is it. Breakfast was at a cafe next door, limited options and more expensive to buy at the hotel than just get from the cafe! Markup on breakfast you need to leave the hotel to buy anyway. Very poor experience for the money.

Location is great. I also love their mattress. I've been suffering lower back pain and found the bed and mattress from most other hotels were too soft for me. Their bed is just the right level, maybe somewhere between medium to firm, which make my back not sore after wake up. Love it! They don't have their own parking. Nearest is about 5mins walk.

Definite stay here again, fantastic lighting, best we've ever seen in a hotel, beautiful bathroom products, great bed and pillows, roomy set up with great decor. very welcoming friendly staff. great location for restaurants, shopping and public transport. We had a room facing the street which was noisy, as to be expected on a Friday and Saturday night, will requests a quieter room next time we stay
