Novotel Sydney International Airport Hotel

Staff very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was great. In house restaurant was very expensive. We chose another more affordable place to eat close by.

Great location for International Airport. Meets overall expectations for a Novotel hotel.

It's good mid-range hotel. My room had the usual huge bed (what happened to Queen size? It's plenty big enough.) but there was enough other space that it didn't feel crowded. Very clean. The meals are excellent, but are AUD$15 more expensive than those at the nearby club.

The staff were absolutely excellent! Every step of the way our stay was made so easy because the staff were easily accessible and gave us excellent information about what we needed to do while staying there. We had a wonderful personalised message left in our room by Ajay whom we had really connected with upon our arrival, and our luggage was delivered to the room for us while we enjoyed Sydney until Check-in time. Everything about our stay in this hotel was superb!

Staff at reception were very friendly and couldn't do more to help, arranging car parking was a breeze and food at the bar with a few drinks was fresh and service was fast N/A

We love staying at Novotel. It’s convenient to the airport. Immaculately clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Every time we’ve dined at the Bar or at the restaurant, we’ve been waited on by Devi who always remembers who we are and remembers why we are flying between Sydney and NZ at this time. She is warm and always makes us feel welcome. Thank you Devi! Highly recommend Novotel to others. N/A

The staff at the restaraunt were very helpful and welcoming. Handled the guests in a very professional manner. The rooms were clean and spacious. The wash basin was clogged. In spite of complaining at the front desk, it was not repaired for two days. The AC was locked to cooling and set between 19 degrees and 20.5. The outside ambient temperature was less than 10 degrees and it is unfathomable how the AC can be locked in cooling mode in winters. No one picked up the call at the front desk and housekeeping between 1020-1035 PM. After personnaly going and complaining at the frontdesk, they sent a staff after 15 minutes with a fan heater. The setting was not changed even on the second day. The front desk manager and staff seemd not to care to even call up and apologise about the discomfort. Very disappointing experience.

Great hotel.

The staff were very kind and helpful. It’s a little far from the airport, so you need to catch a shuttle, but the shuttle staff were very kind and helpful as well.

It was close to the airport I had no problem with the property, but the shuttle to the property should have been free.

Room was spacious and bed was reasonably comfortable - could not hear airplanes which was good. Given the name, we thought this was AT the airport or at least a shuttle would be provided, but no. Had to arrange for a taxi at nearly midnight.
