Very close to the international airport, so great for pre and post flight when accommodation is needed. Continental breakfast is included and can upgrade to hot breakfast for $15 per person. The shuttle bus to the airport is good and $13 per person, Matters’s on the king bed was quite comfortable. Nil

Building are showing a little wear and could probably use some maintenance and new carpets. The first room they put me in had a weird smell and the extraction fan in the bathroom was not working, but they quickly moved me to another room without any fuss.

Front desk helped me with using an adapter and they have filtered water in the restaurant. It would be a bonus if their were snacks available after the restaurant closed.

friendly staff, the bed was ok, was charged for parking while been a guest, just over $ 20 a night. the first morning, no hot breakfast, the second morning, only 2 people was on, ( one was training), the third morning, same again, the first person ( nicole) was training the second, but nicole had to look after cooking breakfast, the dinning room, and try and teach new person. if so short staff why doesnt manager come in and train new guy

Shower was good. Check in was easy. Bathroom was quite small. Breakfast is complimentary… but it’s really, really basic with just cereal and bread. If you want any protein, it costs 15 AUD extra. Their shuttle service is reasonable if you’re traveling alone, but if you’re not, it’s cheaper to use an uber. I still don’t entirely understand the location of this hotel. I guess it’s walking distance from the international terminal, but it’s far away from the domestic terminal. Public transportation is more expensive than an uber, but the uber situation at night, from the airport is not great.

Transport between hotel & airport. Easy of entry and registration Sydney airport changing the location of the shuttle - had to use a taxi which cost a lot more.

There is an airport shuttle for travel both ways between the airport and the hotel. My bed was comfortable and the room and hotel were clean. Continental breakfast was included in the room price. The hotel seems to be aimed at Chinese visitors and so there are aspects that are a bit unfamiliar to my white Australian eyes. The hotel definitely needs a restaurant, and the free breakfast was skimpy. You would only stay at this hotel if travelling on an international flight; otherwise, it is poorly located for general tourism.

Very comfortable bed, good shower. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Would like a desk or somewhere to use my laptop. Bathroom fan not working. Bit noisy through wall once or twice (exuberant group of ladies excited to be heading off on a cruise & celebrating late into the night)

Understanding staff. I arrived early in the morning following a 15 hour flight and they readily found me a room and furnished me with a local charger for my phone. The continental breakfast offered little that appealed to me.

The mattresses are old and uncomfortable. The bathroom was also too tiny and barely use the sink

Great location close to the airport with nearby parks and food spots. Comfortable room. Was a little dim needing some more lights and oil stains on the carpet.

Location, staff and cleanliness. Complimentary breakfast was a nice treat. Room was extremely small, bathroom was so small I had to turn sideways to enter the shower, and dry outside the bathroom. Body wash pumps etc didn’t work properly. Water tap in basin dribbled out. Bedside lamp broken. Nowhere to put luggage except floor. Very old bed that sagged.
