The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was cute, clean, and reasonably priced. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with fresh linens and towels, a large TV, a very comfortable king-size bed, kettle and a fridge stocked with complimentary milk for coffee. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, shampoo, and conditioner were also provided. The room was warm and comfortable during winter, with an extra blanket available if needed, as well as a fan, iron, and plenty of hangers. I made the photos before I left, so bed is after use, but before that the bed was neatly and beautifully made, and there was a fresh set of towels on it. Overall, an excellent stay with great value for money. All was good

I stayed for a month and the motel is truly in amazing location! A bus stop for trains is just two streets away, the Forest Inn Hotel is across the street (with amazing food!), and an IGA for grocery shopping is just around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was almost perfectly clean too, with ample handsoap and TP provided in my OWN PRIVATE BATHROOM! And don't get me started on how the AC saved my hide. The ceiling fan was a bit dirty/dusty, the only thing to blemish the otherwise beautiful spotless room. There was no hairdryer in my room, but I did not miss one enough to ask the staff for one, so this isn't too big of a problem either. The only thing I found to be a bit too far away was a bottle recycling machine (30 mins on foot).

Spacious room. Recently renovated bathroom. Secure digital key access Weird check in process (have to go to a bar reeking of cigarette to get your keys). Bed cover had stains on. People shouting in the middle of the night in front of our window.

As a location close to the airport , and with parking , it met with my expectations .

The location was wonderful. The rooms were simple but clean. The check in process was a bit confusing and the check out is SO early at 10am.

They do not provide a tax receipt. Fob it off saying that I need to get it from booking dot com. Who then tell me it's up to the property. Very disappointing. Despite emailing property and calling, no resolution. The owner is very dismissive. Don't bother staying here if you want a tax receipt.

The location and price suit us for visiting our family. Noisy frig in our room (19) and a TV that didn't get all free to air channels and had a poor picture.

This place is fairly new and clean. Quiet location. Easy checking in from the pub across the road. Reasonably priced nice pub dinner there as well. Plenty of parking space across the road next to the pub. The housekeepers continuous reminder to be out of the room by 10am. It is annoying. The security guard at the pub trying to charge $30 to enter the pub to have dinner. Apparently, it was fully booked because of Valentines day. This is after repeatedly explaining to him that i am a hotel guest and my partner is already inside with our table booked.
