Casa di Melo - Organic Country Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Casa di Melo. The staff were truly excellent – always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Alberto, Katerina, Alessia, Noemi and Nadia, who made us feel especially welcome from the moment we arrived. The organic food was absolutely amazing – fresh, flavourful, and clearly prepared with great care. It really added to the overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic stay. Thank you again for such a lovely experience!

Everything about our stay was wonderful from the moment we arrived! The hospitality was some of the best we’ve ever experienced. Everyone who works at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. Alberto gave us tons of good recommendations for beaches and food in the area. The accommodations were beautiful, well-maintained, clean, and homey. The attention to detail inside and out of the hotel is one of a kind! The pool is also stunning. The breakfast was a great start to each day, enjoyed in a beautiful courtyard. We also loved seeing the two cute farm dogs lounging outside everyday. We would come back to Sicily just to stay here again! We loved it all!

We visited for 5 nights during our honeymoon in Sicily and enjoyed our stay. We booked the Tarocco room which was very nice and we slept well. The balcony was shared which was awkward at times as there was another couple there meaning we couldn’t really use it as much as we would have liked The property is located in the countryside, a good location in between Syracuse and Noto. We visited Both and had a car which was very useful. It is very peaceful and tastefully decorated. The art is very interesting and I love how it has been designed The pool is very nice and quiet. Staff at the breakfast were very nice WiFi was really bad- basically non existent We booked the “5 course” menu which was very expensive for what it is (€40pp). The food was okay but nothing special It would be good if water was more freely available for guests to take rather than having to ask Breakfast wasn’t our thing - took quite a long time to be served (up to 20mins) considering most of the food needs no preparation - e.g plain yoghurt, fruit, cheese, pastries. Quite a lot of flies at the pool

Very relaxing vibe. Beautiful garden and pool. Very helpful stuff. Relatively close to Ortigia. Room is a bit too Cousy. Dark and small window. Dinner was expensive for what you get. ( first course of pasta was amazing but the second was just a ricotta cheesecake. )

Facilities are not in the best condition.

A quiet and beautiful oasis. Food sublime. Time to stop and listen to birds, walk among the lemon trees and watch green lizards! Alberto was such a warm, delightful and helpful host. Nothing

We spent two wonderful nights at this agriturismo near Syracuse, and it was amazing. The place is nestled in the middle of a lush lemon tree farm - a truly idyllic Sicilian setting. The property is impeccably maintained, with a magnificent garden and peaceful surroundings. The facilities are spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the staff are genuinely some of the kindest people we've met—welcoming, attentive, and full of warmth.

Everything! It’s a piece of heaven, every detail is perfection. Unfortunately we had rain and bad weather but we could still enjoy the view and sit outside under the roof. We loved the pool area, beautiful views, the lemon and orange trees, the breakfast was a whole experience with fresh juices and fresh home made meals. Great service and stuff, we absolutely recommend it!!! -

The property is nicely decorated and full of seating areas and greenery. The staff are friendly and helpful and allowed us to check out late which we appreciated so much. Spent the afternoons by the pool and enjoyed the delicious fresh breakfasts and tapas dinner. Would stay again!

Tranquility, pool close to the Syracuse by car. Organic dinner was disappointing and quite expensive. Air-conditioning in the room in July is so so..

The farm was stunning. The pool was beautifully set amongst palms. The food was excellent.

We had a great time at La Casa di Melo! The house and pool area are beautiful. The room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was tasty and the location close to the beaches and Syracuse. Very friendly staff as well. Usually only one staff member available. Since nobody was at the reception when we arrived we had to wait in the scorching sun until somebody opened the gates. The waitress at breakfast was very kind but quite overwhelmed with her job. We were also surprised that there were no parasols/beach umbrellas at the pool.

Beautiful family run agroturismo hotel on an organic farm surrounded by lemon trees with Etna in the background. Great location, easy to get to Noto, Syracuse and beach. Staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. Nothing not to like.

Great healthy tasty breakfast. No waste of food. Nice employe's. Beautiful swimming pool and nice sitting area's and beautiful decorated. light at desk, curtain couldn't move well

I love this place. I'd come back to Sicily just to stay at this amazing oasis. I can't say enough about every detail of this family property. Really fantastic experience. The one improvement that could be made is better wifi. Connectivity was a challenge.
