The pool is big enough but looks bigger on the pictures. The rooms are comfortable and we had a view to the hippodrome so we could watch the horse races for free a couple of days. The location is far from the city's but close enough to the most important Baroque Unesco cities and beautiful beaches on the south east coast of Sicily. Still close enough to Syracuse, 20 minutes drive. The internal pool, jacuzzi and massage area is a nice to have. The gym facility was ok-ish. The hotel service is quite good, although the room decorations is a bit outdated. The whole building needs a bit of maintenance and the pools were a bit dirty sometimes. Having a robot cleaning the bottom of the pools would be nice. The gym area needs a renovation, the machines are a bit old and the dumbells are broken but functional. There is a couple of cardio machines not working and missed a leg press and a multi weight machine to do squats. Massages are a bit expensive. The bar at the pool side could include more food options and healthy snacks. There's a restaurant in the hotel but not very appealing.

We have stayed at Eureka Hotel before and, unfortunately, it feels like it is losing another star with each visit. Once a place with a high standard, it has noticeably declined. Small but important details that made the stay comfortable are gone — no more bed slippers in the room, and at the pool they no longer provide pool slippers. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Instead of proper glass cups, we were given paper cups. While I understand the challenges of high turnover, paper cups are simply unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. To make matters worse, the lamps in the room were full of mold, which is both unpleasant and concerning for hygiene. Overall, it feels like the hotel has lowered its standards significantly. What used to be a reliable choice is no longer delivering the quality one would expect from a 4-star property.

The location and the view of the hotel We had a problem about the wifi .. tho we reported it nothing was fixed and ended up using our 3g... Food at the restaurant was super expensive for nothing as they didn't even served the food how it supposed to be served.. (tagliata with no parmigian rukola and nothing just meat and fries and we paid 26 euros per plate) breakfast was very poor ... Even we asked the waiter for bacon cos it was finished by 8am and they never retopped

Pool was clean, warm water. Good breakfast, same everyday, but plenty of choices, we haven't taste everything during 3 mornings. Very very good coffee. Big rooms, very clean and great view to hippodrome. Restaurant food OK, but not great, we ate only on first day when we arrived late and we had no other option Weird way to calculate hotel daily tax, we, 3 persons payed more then our 4 family friends.

The hotel is also a hipodrome facility and you can basically watch horses and take breakfast. Very nice. Room cleaned daily, staff very welcoming.

Great views and fantastic balcony. Room was spacious. Easy to find and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very busy due to a couple of bus tour parties. Parking in the hotel car park was limited.

The position of the hotel, the size of the bedroom It was busy - the breakfast was disappointing and variable It is difficult to get a drink between mealtimes. The cleaner knocked on our bedroom door and asked how long we were going to be - it was supposed to be our relaxing time and this felt like we were being hurried to get out. We were not checking out on this day.

Not far from nice towns Got food poisoning one hour after eating dinner in their restaurant. Both me and my partner were super unwell for whole night. Staff refused to take any sort of accountability and the customer service regarding the issue was disgusting.

The room it self is spacious and the spa facilities are nice. It also had a playing area for small kids outside. The soundproofing in the hotel is horrible espiacilly at night. You can hear people talking from the next room, things moving etc. The hotel itself does lack some basic cleaning and it requires an update esp. the bathroom. Breakfast was ok but very basic, not much choice.

This is not our first time visiting. They have a nice spa with a list of treatments to suite every budget. The indoor pool is quite large. They have a large selection of breakfast. The room is big and spacious. n/a

The restaurant at dinner time are so slow, we waited 25 minutes for 1 dessert and didn’t received our water although we asked for it twice. The bed itself could use a change because it was so loud. Also the walls are quite thin so if you’re unlucky like us and get a noisy neighbor you will wake up.

Breakfast wasn’t great! 3 days the same, not much choice. Staff wasn’t helpful or friendly, radiotalk playing during breakfast, wasn’t the greatest morning vibe. The gym had no ventilation, difficult to breath during training. And strange opening hours. The sauna was overpriced for being so small (35€ pp). The outside pool wasn’t available and not even set up, just empty dirty space. Room was spacious and clean. I would not recommend this hotel.
