We give an absolute 10 to this property! First of all, there is a brautiful garden in front with jacuzzi and you are free to use it. It looks like a small paradise, relaxing and amazing. Also, apartment inside the house, spotlessly cleand and has everything you need. Beds - very comfortable, I have to admit. Everything was made for you to enjoy peace and quiet place and rest from city rush and stress. Lady Sabrina is outstandingly kind and nice, extremely helpful and flexible. Guys, I totally recommend this property!!! And also, very important - worth the money! Next time we come to Sicily - we will book again for sure. No complaints at all!

Nice and cozy room with bathroom. The owner was really nice and helpful. The place is close to Italian cities by car. Good place to stary :) Everything was good.

Exceptional

Nice quite location, with a great setup for cooking and very very clean! The double bed is actually to single beds pushed together, so during the night the beds would slide apart and the mattresses also seemed a bit worn.

Great location near beautiful beaches and atttractions. Very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.

- great value - close to the beach - host is super responsive - we booked last minute and checked in late (no problems) - very clean. - kitchen is in a shared space in another building outside. - the two single beds attached together are not ideal for couple, make sure to get a double bed! - some noises kept us awake at night (“beep” sound coming from outside).

Price-performance.. Im not sure if the location is ok if you want to spend more than a day.. but for this price its absolutely super place, we arrived late and stayed just for the night and it was peace&harmony there. For this price it would be shame to say something bad.. nothing to complain about…

Lovely apartment and garden with summer kitchen for guests to use. The room was clean and great location, close to beach and city. Sabrina was super friendly and very helpful with tips to do and see nearby, it made all the difference. Thank you very much There were no issues

The accommodation in general corresponded to the price. It was clean, quiet at night, bed was okay. The owner allowed us to stay an extra night which we appreciated as our plans changed. Garden is beautiful and maintained, also a hot tub is clean. It is really good place for stay. And Fontane Bianche has really good beaches. Sraccusi is near by car, really nice city! Unfortunately, no one takes very good care of the equipment. The coffee maker did not work at times, the coffee pot does not leak well, the equipment is very old. The wine glass is missing. Overall, I would renew the equipment. The shower head leaks water was everywhere. Washing machine - we got washing gel (Thank you) but the washing machine was dirty, not maintained and our white laundry has yellow stains all over it, I don't recommend using the washing machine. What was really annoying that every morning between 9-11 o'clock the cleaning lady stood under our windows or terrace and talked VERY loudly in Italian with other guests. Almost two hours every day. Some days it woke us up, others it disturbed us over our morning coffee on the terrace. Paradoxically, at this time there is something like a "morning peace or siesta" in the accommodation (This is rule of the accommodation). We didn't have it for a single day. You want peace in the morning on vacation. Without that it would be a very quiet place.

The place was clean and it was in a quiet location. There are some things to say here but i trust they would have resolved it after we left... so i ll keep it to myself and blame it on my luck :)

Absolutely great, nicely furnished, clean everywhere. Excellent communication and many thanks to dear Silvia for her willingness and helpfulness, we definitely recommend!

nice apartment with a large garden, massage pool, summer kitchen. the app has everything you need. everything is new, clean. recommended if you don't need a busy street right around the corner. At early evening we wanted to eat something and took a long walk to the restaurants, but everything was already closed.

Very quiet place, nice garden, nice staff, cold water in the fridge. It was difficult to find a box with keys and we didn't get the WiFi password, we had to ask a cleaning lady next day.
