Had everything we dreamed for a perfect vacation with kids

Mosquitos everywhere, everyday. Bar staff aren't nice and service is poor.. Bar prices are very very high.

We Really recommend! We celebrated our son's birthday, and prior to our arrival, the staff was really cooperative, decorated our apartment and ordering a customised cake. We truly loved the place. Nothing at all

Amazing for kids, my son had the best vacation ever! Full of games and adventures for the little ones Was 37c, AC was horrible everywhere in the hotel. Very poor gym I also think the food was just fine

Great facilities, beautiful location , very comfortable, the staff were very communicative and helpful. The restaurant wasn’t that good. I wish to have something from kinds around and a small grocery store would be great (we had to drive to the supermarket when needed)

Overall, the picture looks wonderful, but when it comes to the details, there are many shortcomings. The hotel itself is beautiful, and for children it is truly a paradise. However, despite having a half-board package, the first surprise came at our very first dinner. We arrived about an hour before the restaurant closed, and there was almost no food left. Even worse, drinks were not included and had to be purchased separately. There was not even a basic water station available. For a five-star hotel, charging guests even for water during dinner is, in our opinion, a major disappointment and a serious flaw. We were also very disappointed that both at breakfast and dinner, despite the official serving hours, many dishes were already empty 30–60 minutes before closing and were not being replenished. We had to ask staff for basic things such as a spoon, and even had to request a banana for our child because they had already been removed. The watermelon looked old and poorly presented, and overall the food appeared to be of rather low quality. The service throughout the hotel was very weak, especially considering the hotel's category and prices. In addition, almost everything in the hotel is very expensive. The resort has great potential and beautiful facilities, but unfortunately the level of service and attention to guests falls far below what we would expect from a five-star property. when it comes to the details, there are many shortcomings. This was not only our experience – we heard the same complaint from many other guests throughout the hotel. We are not sure of the reason; perhaps it is related to the water or the floor surface itself. However, the situation is genuinely dangerous. Our 5.5-year-old child nearly suffered a serious injury while simply standing in the bathtub. Even while holding onto an adult, any small movement could cause a fall. Our apartment overlooked the resort's bar, one evening there were some very drunk guests yelling obscenities which wasn't very nice. While the apartment was spotless, some of the common areas, especially outside weren't. With the resort being nature adjacent and busy with bird life this is not easy, but the pier for example clearly needs to be cleaned more often.

Nice rooms. Busy, small, the park is not exclusive and open to outside visitors.

The smell of the bathrooms was very uncomfortable. Probably the bad smell is because of the off season, but still it was a pain....

One night room wasn't cleaned for some reason.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door closed most of the time. The apartment had everything you needed. It would be nice to have detergent for the washing machine as well.

Great hotel for kids at max 10 years old. Very clean The dinner was not great, food was cold and not tasty. Breakfast was ok.

The location, the garden, the pub, the lake, everything was great.

The location is top, you can walk to ferry to Tihany. The design of app is great, furniture and facilities are beautifull. Peacefull and quiet place. Not wery well cleaned, found some chocolate cereals under sofa, spoiled milk on the chairs and wall decor, spider in the corners. Also, we booked big app with panorama view but have just side view to the lake even the hotel was almost empty.

When we had to return the robe we asked the reception to give it to them but they made us go drop it our selves in the family reception, we were not taken care off, also the buffet food made us have stomach issues all night.

Great location. Nice, clean apartments. There was some bad smell in the room. Smelled like a toilet wasn’t flushed. Maybe it was coming from some other unit via the plumbing system. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any other available units so we had to stay there. I’ve stayed in this location 3 times and it hadn’t happened before. So I assume it was just a one-time issue.

Everything was really nice and well set up—from the entrance gate all the way to the room. Everything is kid-friendly. Our daughter loved the lion-shaped room key card! They even provide bathrobes for the little ones. In the restaurant area, there’s also a special section just for kids. The water park and play area were super fun, even for adults. We visited in April, so the warm pool water was a big plus. The spa for adults was great too. Everything was perfect.The only downside was a few groups with rude kids, and the parents didn’t really care. They made quite a mess during breakfast and lunch.
