Room and bathroom were clean and spacious with enough storage space, so were the common areas. There was enough parking space. Personal communication with the hosts at check-in was pleasant and we were allowed to leave the car parked even after check-out. Wi-fi worked great. Accommodation is located in very good place if the plan is to go hiking (or use the small local train) in Bukk Mountains. All accommodations on the highest floor were too hot. There was fan in our room, but that had any affect only on the main bed, not on the 3rd person's bed. Windows could not be opened properly and were too small to have much of an effect anyway. AC is needed in the summer for the price. One of us could not stand to sleep in the room and had to sleep on the balcony. If not for this it would be 9. Pre-arrival communication was an issue, mostly due to language barrier. We also received the instructions for check-in (hosts were not there at the time of our arrival) very late.
