The location was good and breakfast was excelent, lots of varieties. The stuff was helpfull. The room was very spacious. The wellness was also very nice - I liked the outdoor whirpool. The room wasn't cleaned properly already prior to our arrival. There was a mess underneath the bed and the cleaning ladies did not vacuum clean it even during our stay.
-
Overcrowded ski lift for the beginner slope. Insufficient parking places for hotel guests.

- swimming pool was always clean, plus for late hours only for adults - jacuzzi has a pretty view and you can really enjoy it - big, comfortable room - always clean - good food, but not adequate as for 5* hotel - really nice and helpful staff - 1/3 price of our stay was because of our dogs, they received only bowls and blankets and few snacks, but without package, so we didn’t know ingredients (our dogs has allergies) - no slippers

A charming hotel with friendly staff and a great SPA. They have an outdoor jakuzzi in there which is also very cool. Perfect for staying with kids, kids club is well equipped and has beautiful thematic design. Close to hiking trails. - A little bit more options / variety for breakfast dinner would be nice - Restaurant / bar could be opened a little bit later, 22:00 is a little bit early. Even SPA is working till 23:00

The wellness and spa is great, though crowded in the evenings. the restaurant is a horror - slow, super chaos, the meals do not come in one go, some never come...half of the restaurant turns into a bar with a singer by 8 p.m. , they dim the lights, so you do not see, what you eat.... we waited for 30 minutes to get the water we ordered on arrival. Hope the manager finds a way to fix this.

On account of Christmas celebrations, the hotel offered a campfire with free hot chocolates and sausages to self grill. Checkin was long and complicated. Only one junior staff member was working, and she probably was confused. Was not informed to book parking beforehand, so I had to find one outside of the hotel. I requested a quiet room and was given probably the most noisy room, right next to the main restaurant playing music for Christmas dinner till late night. The room was right next to the main entrance of the floor for all rooms, so there was constant traffic of people getting in and out, with door closing loudly. Breakfast was split into two groups. We were told we were in group-1, from 7:30 to 9:30 am. When we arrived, there was no table reserved for us. Our names were not on the list. We checked the second group, and names were not there as well. We were told to sit in the corner, a make shift arrangement table. It's pretty ridiculous for a restaurant decorated with live music, and we were given such a poor treatment. The worst was the air-conditioning in the room. It kept resetting every 5 minutes to 30 degrees at night. Turned it off, but it switched on, reduced the temp to 20, it reset itself to 30 degrees. Blasting hot air all night. We did not get any sleep both nights. Maybe the hotel is better during non-peak times.

Towels must be replaced in 5* hotel without request, sauna is not working until 12:30-1pm. The food is good but it was much better when Mercury was running this hotel.
