Delicious and rich breakfast. Perfect animation programmes during the day. Really comfortable rooms. Nothing

Very modern, big and nice furnished hotel and room. Fantastic breakfeast, perfect service and cleanup. The room was very spacious with balcony and soft carpet and big sofa and nice bed. We enjoyed the stay very much, but expected a bit more for this price. Couple of things, but nothing serious. Only a few point to make it better next time: Bathroom: Wooden desk in the bathroom was broken, and the heating ladder in the bathroom looks very poor as the paint on it was peeling. I would not expect that in the 5 star and expensive and young hotel. I know, it is not a problem of all rooms, but still. :-( Room: Very hot temperature in the room - like 27 degrees with the AC off (was a bit noisy). Very hot in the halls as well. If you go out with the winter clothes to ski, it was like in a sauna. :-o Our room was under the roof and next to the A/C unit, and was very loud when I opened the window. :-( TV: Signal not working 1 of our 3 days of our stay. :-o Wi-Fi: Very poor connection (lots of lags), and you cannot use mobile data so much, there are only like 3G or Edge there. Wellness: The area did not smell good at all (stinks by the sweat). I would recommend to use some aromas there. I would expect much more quiet area for very much promoted Wellness - you cannot rest there. The glass doors did not gave any insulation of noise from the pool, full of playing children. The relax room has also like 30 degrees of Celsius and it is not possible to calm down after the sauna.

The hotel looks luxurious and offers good breakfast, but that would be all from the positive side. That's definitely not a 5-star place and there are way better places to enjoy your stay in the region. I was expecting great stay and it was a gift for my partner: weekend in the mountainside with massages in a nice SPA. It turned into regret and disappointment. My biggest regret: not throwing a scene there to get my money back. I cannot stress this enought: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The hotel was supposed to be a 5-star place, but it seems like those 5 starts were only printed as part of the name. Complex looks luxurious from the outside and, unfortunately, that's all there is. We traveled together with my partner, stayed there for 1 night and booked massages in the SPA section (hot stone massages). We started the trip with discovering that one of the towels we were provided looked like an old rag, so I had to request a change, since the sides were falling of and it looked like something from the cleaning closet supply, rather than a towel in a 5-star place. Our bed was 2 single beds put together, so if you like to sleep together, but not really, that would be a perfect bed for you. Otherwise, I would suggest looking for a different location, because snuggling means someone is in the whole between beds. Smart TV in the room isn't really smart, so if you were hoping to finish the day with one episode on Netflix, other streaming service or even youtube, I hope you took your laptop with you. Considering that my partner doesn't speak polish, it was great that he couldn't find ANYTHING on there to watch and understand. TV was also set to Czech, so for non-slavic language speaker: good luck changing that setting. Food in the lobby bar was SUPER EPR=ENSIVE and didn't even have the quality to follow. You just overpay for a mediocre food, so I would suggest going to get snacks in the Biedronka (grocery store) next door, since at least you'll get something that tastes better. And the cherry on top of this horrible experience was the massages. It was supposed to be Dr. Irena Eris SPA. Luxurious, with great brand of cosmetics and great experience. It was a JOKE! The don't offer bathrobes in more than small size, so if you don't want to flash anyone in there with your one time underwear, I suggest you take your own. Massage itself was of poor quality, music was not relaxing and overall experience was AWFUL!

Rooms are ok, breakfast was quite nice, there is a pool and some activities for kids. It is relatively cheap compared to family friendly hotels near ski slopes in Europe Personnel hardly speak English Phones are never picked up, we needed to go to the bar to order room service or to the reception if any questions

Room and wellness area We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights (06-08) and booked 3 rooms, which was enough to know we will never come back to this place. it was a shocking, horrible, nightmare experience... The hotel surrounding is lovely, rooms are very nice and cozy , wellness area is huge and pleasant, but all got overshadowed by the terrible , unprofessional service provided especially at the reception. Check in: We arrived at approx 2:30pm after long drive to the hotel. When we Went to the reception and I started explaining that we have a reservation the response With NO “good afternoon”, or “how was your trip”, or even " welcome in our resort, how can I help?" was straight forward saying: system is down and check in is from 4pm and you HAVE to come back this time. Didn’t even offer: would you like to wait in our Lobby Bar and have a glass of wine or hot tea or something to eat. So we asked if we can leave at least the car somewhere, have a meal in their restauran. The answer was " you can leave your car at the car park", without explaining how to ger there and how to pass the gate system ( we have got this information when the other receptionist steps in into the conversation and explained how to ger there and where to find the restaurant). After lunch wewent back to the reception for check in and spoke to the same rude girl which kept her snappy attitude . Didn’t explain where the rooms are, how to get there, no: “ have a pleasant stay” or “is anything else I can help you with” or not even “ have a good evening “. Just brushed off. When I asked if one of the rooms is with two separate beds ( as I requested with the booking) the answer was: “ I don’t have this information in the system, if there is no 2 separate beds contact the reception “.

Normally i give fairly good rating but this time I have to voice our disappointment and sobering from our expectation based on advertisement and reality. The hotel would probably deserve solid 8 but we were so frustrated that I can give higher than 7. Hotel is new and in nice location, literally few steps from the mountains Very good breakfast both choice and quality decent parking outside and with option of underground parking (both paid) it is certainly a place for families with very small kids - this hotel is designed for it Hotel claims to be 5 star but it is far from 5 star standard - the owners should have visited some other hotels abroad to get a benchmark for 5 start services and facilities - our rating 3++ consulted with many other guests Queues - 30 min for check in (queue at the reception is omnipresent regardless the daytime), queue for breakfast after 8:00 Noise - we are family with teenage kids - hotel guests are mostly families with toddlers - noise is everywhere Wellness - the poll and sauna facilities are nice but under designed for the capacity of the hotel and Platinum Apartments and Platinum Adults (visitors of both have to walk outside to the hotel spa, after a exhaustive change lesson - they walk in village streets in bathrobes :-)) Sauna - 1 finnis sauna (most people seek this one) and 4 other types and small relaxing zone is far too small for resort of tis size. It was always crowded during our stay. Most of the guest do not know how to use sauna - so sitting in the "textile free zone" (under the huge sign) in bermuda shorts or polyester swimming suit with no towel underneath, white blankets are not known or available ... smell is omnipresent and permanent - the staff should focus on education of guests and instead of promising and cancelling sauna rituals they should attentively keep/raise the standard that they have. (observation: Sauna facilities are very humid, moisture is condensing under the plastic ceiling and they have to chase it with a stick to a punch hole - design error but important safety flaw - once the ceiling might collapse under the weight of water) Pool - relatively good but again once crowded with small babies in rubber swans no chance to swim or to do anything Jacuzzi - 3 jacuzzi for hotel + Apartments + Platinum Adults - always full of elderly couples or families with rubber toys - so we gave up on it and went to forest...

Very nice hotel. Staying here for the 2nd time. This time we were traveling with our baby and enjoyed kids pool and playing area. We had breakfast and dinner - both were very delicious. Staff at the reception is neither very professional nor friendly.

The hotel was really nice, modern. Our room was clean and cozy. Swimming pool and spa was also nice and clean. Breakfast also reály good. I think it wasnt worth the money. Dinner bufet was closing at 7, i think its very early, so we went to Paladium restaurant which was a BIG disappointment. Waiter didnt understand english at all. So he didnt even understand what we wanted to order. Food was very below average. Really bad. We came to enjoy spa and swimming pool. Also people from other hotel was also there.. There was so many people, we came and any seat was free..I was expecting more from 5star hotel..

Setting, facilities were great Pool area, part for swimming, SPA were excellent could stay there for hours The staff attending rooms were hardly proactive, even when we left our kind request when leaving for breakfast, they were coming just late afternoon after some prompts. Staff in the restaurant did not smile, focused on a task they were doing at that moment, would not give you priority when passing by, being a bit pushy... In the contrary, staff at the reception was outstanding, polite, responsive and very helpful

The hotel overall is a nice place. Nice area. The staff was really pleasant, we didn't like our room and they changed it with no problem. We were in the end of August and it was so crowded, that its a long queque for breakfast, no chance to get a place near the pool, spa is full. Obviously, all those facilities are made for much less amount of people that they let in.

Beautiful hotel with perfect location. Clean and spacious room, great breakfast and gorgeous wellness area with warm water. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come again soon.
-
Big room, excellent indoor pool with whirlpools , water massage faciliities, great choice of food The staff was sort of nice but not really mindful of their guests ?, focused on their tasks not on guests ?

The interior design For 5* we had really high expectations.. but were unfortunately brought down. Firstly our welcome at checkin wasn’t very positive, we were not informed about the parking fee nor given cards for the pool towels. In our room the toilet seat and shower head was completely broken, we had to call for a technician to fix it. The pool was extremely overcrowded full of screaming kids. The staff was not pleasant, made it evident they are bothered by their guests and only would speak Polish to us. The drinks at the bar are overpriced, more expensive than the same drinks in the much nicer Italian restaurant Piatti next door. The once again overpriced buffet dinner had barely any vegetarian options and at breakfast there were maggots in the walnuts. Also worth noting - in no way is it normal to have a warm meat dish under the same cover as the oatmeal. I can see how this hotel is popular for Polish people with small kids and dogs, but not couples or friends. I doubt we will be returning.

Superb

location breakfast poor views from rooms, mostly on parking lot instead of forest (paid more for superior room) spacious room but very small bathroom cheap and leaking shower instead of bathtub, which is expected in 5* spa hotel If you ever been in 5* resort in western europe, don't expect the same here- you get what you pay for.

Everything was great but sauna area is to small for all visitors from hotel..
