The beds was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel states English speaking online but no one could speak English so was difficult to check in and talk to receptionist lucky my partner can speak polish so that helped. She was rude throughout the stay we asked to fill up our water bottles in the afternoon after hiking at the water dispenser she replied no only when it’s open for breakfast she can open the room with the dispenser in what forces you to pay for breakfast even if you don’t want it. Also the pool is only open from 2pm till 9:30pm. They wasn’t cleaning it or doing anything before and didn’t need a life guard when it was open so don’t know why it couldn’t be open earlier as the staff family was in there using it but paying guest couldn’t no hot tub working what we was told by a 10 year old kid of the hotel staff as they couldn’t speak English and the kid could a little. In the room there is a kettle but no mugs so even bringing our own coffee to have in the evening or the morning you couldn’t and even with a mug you from the bar you can’t take it to your room. No shower gel or shampoo in rooms. Also opposite the hotel where our room was facing there was building work started at 7am what woke us up I know this isn’t the hotels fault but was never warned or they should have an agreement to start at 8:30

Breakfast was really delicious. Common areas are really nice. We needed to pay extra for the parking, 25 zlt per day. Wellness was a huge disappointment. Jacuzzi not working, pool wasn`t clean. One sauna out of two wasn´t working. Both are really small. Room was extremely poorly cleaned. Bed sheets weren´t cleaned properly, huge stains were all over it.

Nice, clean, well-furnished rooms, we welcomed hot drinks (coffee and tea) in the common room all day (even more so as it rained during our stay and the weather did not favour tourism), we also appreciated the small wellness area, although it is really small for so many guests - it would be nice if it was open already in the morning. Probably the only thing that could be improved is the darkening of the windows for sleeping.
