The service at the reception desk was very nice, including our Traffic passes (which were previously incorrectly issued), a transfer bus to the airport, which was a very convenient situation, plus umbrella rental (it was raining).

I liked the room and spa zone, the personnel was very friendly. Great plus was a covered parking area. The breakfast was very simple nothing special. The beds were super hard and uncomfortable, almost impossible to sleep on. Th walls are very thin, every word said in the nighbour room can be easily heard.

Nice welcome but after this nothink - differend tiny cheap room - disgusting water quality in the hot tub spa area, harmful to health - only basic food, few days old

Very friendly staff. Good location, restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and a wonderful spa area. Everything was great.

Breakfast and coffee was great every morning. Free coffee & tea in the lounge area is a plus. The free parking/garage is a big plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful, we appreciated the lovely laday at the reception, who was always ready for a small talk, tips about the region and outings etc. Having the laundry done at the hotel was very convenient for us. We had a nice view on the mountains from our balcony.

Delicious breakfast, not the same for two days, we really liked it. Clean quiet spa and rooms, comfortable bed, just perfect.

Nice+clean, nice wellness included in price, great breakfast, kind personal, nesr the railway station, beatiful nature, shop Lidl several meters from hotel.. :)
