The room was nice if a bit utilitarian. Bed and shower were nice, the food at the restaurant was reasonable, but not exceptional. On the end of a long road abutting a golf course, so very quiet at night. At least for an American, I encountered something I had never seen before. I went into the room and nothing worked, not a single switch! I asked at the desk and she had to ask her manager. It seems that when you open the room, in the dark you need to find this protrusion in the wall that you need to insert your room key into the slot to engage the electricity. Just as a note, when checking in they should mention that to unwary guests like myself. Also, the person manning the desk should have been able to answer the question immediately.

What a great find! Perfect location, very comfortable, meticulously clean and excellent facilities such as a top notch restaurant used by the golf club members and hotel guests alike.

Obviously remember you are on a golf course that runs private functions some nights and golfers in and out all day

The lodge was very relaxing and in a posh neighborhood. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower.

It was fine. It’s clean, easy parking, relatively modern. Ok breakfast that lasts till noon which others could learn from. Staff was fine. Not as much something I don’t like but this is for golfers. Literally right on the golf course. So if that’s why you are there go for it! However there isn’t an ounce of charm in the place. It’s just a place to sleep…so if you aren’t golfing I’d recommend going somewhere else.

We've stayed here before and returned for the quiet location and general comfort. They offer a good breakfast and the rooms are comfy and well equipped. Unfortunately the bed hadn't been very carefully made and the mattress topper was askew, so there was a big lump in one side of the bed. Otherwise, everything was great.
