Great location, clean, spacious rooms Some policies got to change. I paid for breakfast and dinner and I was surprised that drinks were not included !!! Of course I am not talking about alcoholic drinks. Just water or soda, and they will stop you at the exit to pay for the drink!! 50 Mad for 75L bottle of water!!! I would rather being charged at the beginning and Include it with the dinner then being stopped and wait for the change…this is not a 5 start treatment.

Location, cleanliness and staff. Rooms too small

The location Confortable room No beach towels for our first day. Had to ask for a while before getting them the second day. Had to request for towels for the room which took for ever No bathroom amenities (we also had to request for them) Normal rooms dont get a bathrobe (only for suites apparently) Only tiny water bottles in the room (while the tap water is not drinkable)

However, for a five-star hotel, especially compared to other luxury hotels we have experienced in Marrakech, there are some areas that need improvement. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. As someone who has family in Morocco and is familiar with authentic Moroccan cuisine, I can confidently say that the msemen served was not of an acceptable standard. I believe many Moroccan guests would feel the same. In addition, the breakfast service lacked attention to detail. Tables were often not properly set, with items such as sugar for coffee and napkins missing. The quality of the tea was also below expectations. Overall, we had the impression that cost-cutting measures were affecting the quality of the breakfast experience, which is disappointing when paying around €700 for a three-night stay. We also experienced an issue with the minibar fridge in our room, which did not work properly and was unable to keep drinks sufficiently cold. While this may seem like a minor detail, it is something guests would reasonably expect to function correctly in a five-star resort. Another issue occurred during checkout, when we were mistakenly charged an additional €200 for expenses that were not ours. Fortunately, this was resolved, but it created unnecessary inconvenience at the end of our stay. Despite these concerns, we appreciated the kindness of the staff and enjoyed many positive moments during our visit. We left with some wonderful memories, but we hope the hotel will address these issues to better reflect the standards expected of a five-star resort.

Staff who are very nice could use better training to take it up a notch esp in communication. and the beach bar is very noisy at night for those who value sleep. Room controls were a little unresponsive on lighting and heating

Everything Service and close to the beach

Wonderful resort with amazing pools right on the beach near walking paths and easily drivable to nearby shopping, restaurants, surf spots, etc. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Restaurants were available though one was closed for renovation during our stay. Water pressure in shower and hot water was excellent and housekeeping was incredibly responsive and friendly. Beds were comfy, all amenities were appreciated. TV and wifi worked flawlessly. Included buffet breakfast and paid for buffet dinner did not keep the food hot enough for meals. Food seemed plentiful and good options and good tasting but very few times was it hot unless you opted for on demand omelettes/eggs. Gym/fitness center was acceptable but not extensive. Indoor pool at spa/fitness center was said to be heated but we found it was not very warm. Had a massage which was good but the spa itself was not suited well with amenities like for showers/hair dryers, etc. We did have a few issues with a clogged shower drain and light out in bathroom but the staff quickly came and addressed the issues. No complaints.

Our stay at Hilton Taghazout Resort was truly wonderful. I traveled with my mom and sister, and from the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is amazing, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. A special thanks to Mr. Mohammed at the front desk for his kind help even before we arrived it really made a difference. The rooms were incredible, with a magnificent view that we simply didn’t want to leave. My mom enjoyed it so much, and it made our holiday truly unforgettable. This has been one of the best stays we’ve ever had, and we will surely return to this hotel whenever we come back to Taghazout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a genuine, warm hospitality experience.

Great breakfast and very hospitable staff. Nothing to not like.

The location, the reception stuff and the facilities we believe there's room for improvement in a few areas. The beach towels are quite worn and could use replacing, and the private beach area could benefit from some redecoration to better match the standard and elegance of the hotel

Only one restaurant works for a lunch and not good quality, service and food was not good. Not good beach area of the hotel, dirty and nobody cleaned it.

Nothing to report !

A beach bar with a bartender who doesn’t know how to make cocktails — that pretty much sums up our disappointing experience. Every time we wanted a proper drink, we had to leave the beach and walk all the way to the pool bar to make our own orders. After raising a complaint, we were offered just two free cocktails for the evening — hardly a solution. That night, we decided to give the lobby bar a try. I ordered an Aperol Spritz, and to my shock, the bartender served me a mix of Aperol and water — no prosecco, no soda, just flat and undrinkable. At that point, we gave up and went back to our rooms, counting down the hours until check-out. If you’re hoping to unwind with a proper drink in a relaxing setting, this is definitely not the place. We couldn’t leave fast enough.

Super good location, very clean for Morocco standards. A bit too noisy in the evenings. They had a band and it was too loud, especially for people who search for a quiet place or for families with small children.

Immaculately clean, large property, lots of amenities and friendly and helpful staff
