Hotel Riu Palace Tikida Taghazout - All inclusive

Buena comida y con harta variedad en los buffets. Logramos ir a un solo restaurant porque agendar era muy dificil. Al que fuimos (Krystal) estaba bien. Me gustó. Estuvimos 2 o 3 noches en una habitación con muy mal olor. Todos los desagües tenían un olor muy fuerte a alcantarilla. Nos costó que nos cambiasen de habitación... Pedimos varias veces que fuese algún técnico a revisar y destapar, pero nunca fue nadie. Las actividades que ofrece el hotel como entretención y shows son básicos.

The staff is really nice and helpful, especially waiters and cooks at the restaurants and the housekeeping staff as well. The facilities are amazing and the decor is very beautiful. The location is perfect as well with a really clean beach. The food was varied but not refined. Some nights it was good, others not really. The lunchtime was not really good either. Breakfast was good. Also, one night we had multiple cockroaches in the room, maybe use a stronger treatment. There were huge. Also the fact that people put their towels at 7am only to use them 2h during the day is a bit stupid…well that’s not the hotel fault, more people’s fault.

The ambiance, the hospitality, the vibes were all amazing Pool closes way to early , I like to night swim and look and stars , I would recommend closing pool at 10pm so the guest can have a relaxing time under the moon amd stars

Hotel is very comfortable, with well-kept beautiful garden and lots of pools. Very good selection of all kind of fresh food, special thanks for local fish selection from Dakhla. Special thanks to Nourdinne from La Tara restaurant for superb service! Outside hotel maybe too many free cats and dogs without owners, young and old ones, always makes bad feeling about their wellness. However, none of them seemed hungry or ill, so hope that nearby luxury hotels feed also cats and dogs around their territories. For travelling around and transfers better use GetYourGuide suggestions than hotel front desk.

Despite the issues we experienced, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very kind with our grand children. We experienced serious sanitary issues during our stay. Cockroaches were present in our room, in the spa showers, and in the dining areas. In addition, several visibly sick cats were roaming freely in the garden and inside the hotel, approaching guests and asking for food. These conditions raised significant hygiene and health concerns and ultimately led us to leave as soon as we go get flights, three days early.

- Reception & Service: A warm welcome from the team, especially Hajar at reception, who was very professional and helpful throughout my stay. - Facilities & Cleanliness: The room, pool, and gym were spotless and very well maintained. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. - Food & Dining: The food was outstanding – plenty of variety with delicious options every day, catering to different tastes. - Entertainment: The animation team did a great job, with enjoyable activities and diverse night shows that changed daily, keeping the experience fresh and fun. One Suggestion for Improvement: To make the stay even more perfect, I would recommend dedicating one evening specifically to Moroccan culture. For example, the animation could present a journey through Morocco’s cultural richness – moving from city to city with traditional music, dance, and ambiance. Since the hotel is located in Morocco, this would make guests feel even more connected to the country and allow them to discover its cultural beauty during their stay.

what i liked the most is the location, front beach, and the 9 pools are so great especially the covered pool. We arrived late in the evening, my husband and I were tired, and we found the showers blocked. The next day it was the same, it was disgusting. We asked for it to be repaired, and they fixed it within an hour, but there was no commercial gesture or apology.

I had a disappointing experience during my stay. The staff were unprofessional and seemed disinterested in helping guests. The room was not cleaned properly there were visible signs that housekeeping had not done a thorough job. As for the food, it was very average. Overall, I would not recommend this place to others

Food can improve but the overall quality was exceptional. The different sizes of the pool and the bars were decent. Bar can improve the type of drinks the service makes but overall is good.
