I had a wonderful stay at Pickalbators White Beach Taghazout! The hospitality was exceptional. The reception team was always welcoming, smiling, and very helpful. Special thanks to Ilham and the entire team. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the chefs and restaurant staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The pool bar team was also fantastic—always friendly, attentive, and happy to help. A huge thank you to the animation team, especially Salah, Ilham, Mariam ,Ikram and the whole team. Their energy, kindness, and care made my stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I can’t wait to come back!

Pools weren’t deep enough to dive in. Food variety could improve a little bit.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The property is clean, well maintained, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Ilham, Chef de Réception, for her professionalism, kindness, and warm welcome. She was always available to assist us and made our experience much more enjoyable. The food was good overall, but the variety could be improved, especially for guests staying several days. More options and variety in the buffet would make the experience even better.

The hotel is very clean, the check-in experience was very smooth and easy. Everyone was welcoming us since we entered. The food is great and it has a big variety. The room was really spacious and clean. The pools are nice as well as the Jaccuzzis. I must say also that all the staff ere so helpful and cooperative. The coffee in the reception is wonderful. The animation team can be stronger.

Before arrival, I called the reservations team and clearly mentioned that we were celebrating our honeymoon. However, from the moment we arrived, there was no acknowledgment of it. The check-in experience felt very cold and transactional. It seemed as though the goal was simply to get the paperwork signed rather than create a warm welcome or a memorable first impression. We booked a room with a private pool, but the pool did not feel private at all. The room itself was disappointing, and the towels were extremely old and worn out. On one occasion, housekeeping serviced the room but forgot to replace the towels and amenities, leaving us to chase after staff just to get basic necessities. Now, let's talk about the food. The hotel has two main restaurants offering a wide variety of dishes, but unfortunately, the food lacked flavor. There is plenty of food, but very little taste. Something is missing: soul, passion, and an emotional connection to what is being served. The chef kindly prepared two pasta dishes for us, Arrabbiata and Bolognese, but honestly, I have had better pasta at a casual neighborhood restaurant. The juices had no real flavor, and even a simple tuna sandwich usually a reliable option was surprisingly bland. Service around the pool was also disappointing. Everything is self-service, drinks take a long time to arrive, and there is only one bar. One waiter was expected to manage the pool area, take orders, and clean tables, which is clearly not enough support. The most frustrating moment happened with our car. We handed it over to the valet service, and when it was returned, the battery was completely dead because the lights had been left on. When we raised the issue, the response from the valet was that his job was simply to park the car.

I did two hours spa. I pay 2000 dirham. They don’t even have a soap has normal quality. They have a cheap cheap shit. This is first second the housekeeping come around 9:30. She opened door and see us naked.

I do not understand why hotel treat as Ultra All Inclusive. It is simple All inclusive

Everything was excellent: service, comfort, quality, location, and staff. It was a great experience. The younger waiters in the restaurant were unprofessional and their responses were sometimes unprofessional, unlike the older waiters who were excellent and very friendly. All the chefs were also very welcoming. The lunchtime on Check Inn days needs adjustment; the restaurant's closing time should be extended beyond 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM.

The friendliness of the entertainment team made the stay memorable. Absolutely nothing

Absolutely everything from check in to check out . Outstanding service , delicious food and amazing entertainment team. We enjoyed it so much that we are already looking to book our fourth stay there . 10/10 recommendation !! Can’t fault anything .

Location was excellent straight on the beach with a stunning view on the ocean . Room was very spacious and as described on the site. Some people tried hard under the general circumstances- several waiters and the manager of the restaurants, towel box person and reception manager. Cleaning services were good. This was not a true five star hotel - many things are missing to be classified a 5 star : restaurants layout and crowded buffet, quality of food and its presentation, lack of night service in the rooms, cheap furniture around the pool and in our royal suite. Used towels in a true 5 star hotel are just thrown in the bin and then picked up any time from the clean box . Limitation to 2 towels … No private beach on the sea - we rented public , was available and good service and never stayed around the pools (crowded and on tiles). Conditioning did not work properly at arrival and had to be repaired twice, a sliding door was not closed properly and we found it just after several nights sleeping with open .. we tried to make the best from our stay, but it was just a wrong casting.

Staff - Jamal at concierge was brilliant, Brahim at breakfast was excellent. The evening entertainment was poor, and the DJ after it wasn't needed. at that stage everyone was winding down, going to bed and having music blaring wasn't nice. The drinks were only ok, they could have a better selection.

Favorite part of the trip was the customer service we received from Yassine at the reception. Each time we w needed to go into Agadir or the airport, he made sure he not only got us a safe means of transportation, he got us a good deal compared to other ! I also loved that the it was a beach front and had the Jacuzzi overlooking the beach While it was a good experience and they had variety for the buffet , there were a lot of things that could have been better especially for an All inclusive location. First, the welcome drink served at the reception was watered down and very artificial. Not a good first impression . We booked a sea front with relaxing pool . Me would think that given there were only four of those units on the entire resort, that Thu would keep it clean daily! It was never cleaned ! Getting into it you could see all the dirt underneath it. Not the experience I was expecting ! Also, the bed wasn’t the best when it comes to comfort! Typically for an All inclusive resort, you would expect to have access to something to eat and drink at intervals and not just at scheduled meal times . The after hours drinks was certain drinks and only available until certain time plus it wasn’t the best! Also, we were made to make a reservation if you wanted to dine at the Moroccan restaurant on the resort. I expects something different and unique but that wasn’t the case. They only served one type of meal ( Chicken Tangine ) which didn’t taste any better than what we had at the buffet - Culina Needless to say, I enjoyed the buffet because they had a lot of variety morning, afternoon and evening but, you had to make sure that you make those meals otherwise you won’t get anything better afterwards . Overall, I will consider the “All Inclusive”Experience an OK but not a GREAT one !
