THE HORIZON

We stayed at The Horizon for a week with our two adult children and had a wonderful family holiday in Taghazout. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the centre of town close to restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. What really made our stay exceptional were the people. We booked surfing and day trips through the hotel with the amazing Ismail, who organised everything perfectly - wetsuits, boards, transport, packed lunches always timing trips around the best conditions. He was a fantastic instructor and genuinely fun, kind company. Highlights included a trip to Tiznit with a beachside tuna BBQ, and a visit to Paradise Valley in the Atlas Mountains. Jamal and the rest of the hotel staff were equally lovely and made us feel completely at home. We'd highly recommend The Horizon and its wonderful team. Taghazout was the perfect destination for adventure and quality time with our adult children.

Great location in centre of village - very very clean, comfy beds ( dressed in the cutest Pom Pom blankets), lovely little rooftop terrace. Hairdryer on request and great communication, helpfulness and smileyness from all staff. Arranged good value airport transfer. For the price nothing we didn’t like -I thought I’d booked an en-suite room and I hadn’t but it made no difference - the loo and shower ( separate) were v close to the room and spotless and cleaned all the time. Need to bring all own toiletries.

I like the location. Very close to the ocean ! Rooftop is very beautiful with a great view. There was a problem with hot water. But the stuff directly join to fix the problem. Good vibes. Need more facilities like hair-dryer. And the price maybe too high but it was a good experience overall

The room is clean and can be cleaned whenever requested during the stay The rooftop terrace is beautiful Not easy to sleep with outside noise and poor insulation so not for light sleepers

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very attentive and super friendly, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I truly felt at home during my stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

Great location, boring breakfast and a small room. But the staff were nice, the builiding beautiful and the location perfect. So I still recomend this place. Small room, but nice view. The shower was fresh but water hose badly connected and the drape arraged so the whole floor got wet.

We liked the room although there was not a side lamp, which could give us a bit more comfort. We had an issue with the door locker.l, our room was number 6. We were locked in few times, we had to shut for someone to open the door for us. The breakfast was too plain, we were expecting fruits, cereals or eggs. The door locker issues and the breakfast.

Amazing view and communal area, great location, very clean, breakfast was delicious and the staff were so lovely and helpful.

Staff were very helpful and accomodating with helping our travel plans - would happily stay again. and view from the rooftop was beautiful, a lovely space to relax.

Perfect location in Taghazout, room was clean,staff friendly, nice sun terrace. Comfy beds, good shower, we had an unsuited and also use of shared bathroom, both were great. All you need on your travels x

Everything was perfect. Hamza & Ali, are such genuine guys, so helpful and cheerful. The room was clean as was the rest of the house. Breakfast on the roof was divine. Location perfect very close to the beach. The Hammam was relaxing, highly recommend. We will a million % be back. Thanks to all the staff at Horizon. ?☺️ All goodddd

I’ve just come home from the most beautiful holiday staying at the horizon. All the staff were so helpful, always smiling, amazing hammam and massage, would definitely recommend. Could not fault it and can’t wait to come back, right on the beach, shops next door, everything in walking distance , clean rooms and bathroom..Thank you for having me ?
