Front desk attendant Cracks on the wall of the bedroom, when it rained the room got flooded. The important thing is water heater, when we get there, no water heater, tv didn't work, wifi is very slow. We asked about the water heater to get fixed, but it never happened. We we're booked to stay for 5 nights and 6 days, but we checked out on the 5th day. The water heater never got fixed. The Tv still didn't work. It was a disappointing stay. The only thing is the staff we're really friendly. But they need to step up on fixing their facility.

the staff are friendly but do not do anything apart from offer mosquito spray which does not really help. staff have a nice smile that is the only positive ants on the bed. we did not eat on the hotel room but still had ants everyday on my pillow etc. they do not clean the sheets properly i once asked to clean my bed and room and they used the same dirty sheets again. mosquitos here their and everywhere I got a bunch of bite marks on my body due to either ants or whatever insect is their damp all over room 209 so if you stay in their be ready to breath in mould whilst you sleep :)

The location is near to everything. They have nice room. Thin pillows.. TV is not working. Everything else is fine.

Sa room na naprovide sa amin, there are cute tiny art works in the wall. Very cozy ng dating ng room. Kahit simple pero may dating and the room offers all the basic amenities that we need at the most budget friendly price. Highly recommended. none

The hotel is very clean and we feel very safe because they observe proper sanitation. There's also enough space in the room. We have ample space.

This is such a good accommodation in Davao City. Room was malinis, kahit CR malinis din. So alam mong fully trained and sanay na talaga ang mga housekeepers nila. I even checked yung under the bed to ensure na walang kalat and yes, also very very clean

Since i was travelling by car , i appreciated that there was Guarded Parking, i can sleep soundly know my car is safe. I was there taking my wife t attend her reunion so i was expecting to chill at the room while waiting for my wife, but sadly the TV and the WIFI were almost none existent but knowing Tagum, utilities are yet to be in class with Daavao

Staffs are very friendly and accommodating, really helpful and attentive. No toiletries and toilet seat.

Room is spacious, clean and cozy. We booked the suite room with glass walls where we can see the streets outside if we open the curtains. Couch in the small living area serves as a bed for our 4 yr old son. There’s also a small balcony if you want to breathe some fresh air in the morning. All the facilities were working except for the TV and wiFi but internet connection was restored on our second night. I love that there were table and chairs and a rack for our clothes/stuffs. Hot and cold water available just outside our room. The stool chair is not comfortable if you sit for a long period of time. It is too high and uncomfortable for a 5’2” tall like me. We stayed and work at night so we used the stool for 8 hours. Maybe provide a better chair with cusion next time that is also comfortable for small sized people.
