The hotel facilities were good, comfortable bed and good in room spring bath. The public baths were also good with different temperatures to try, but quite crowded.

The view of the city is incredible and the facility is quiet at night time. Too many kids, even at the spa place, has tons of kids screaming, yelling loudly. The room is Very small, we paid so much for the stay and the room is smaller than the city side hotel. I would rather stay at the city side hotel.

The convenience of hotspring tub in each room was the highlight of everything. My kiddos and I really enjoyed having a dip in the tub each night. The location could only be accessed by uber.

Nice room, nice spa facilities (some could need some renovation) The restaurants did not meet the same standards as the rest of the hotel (quality was lower) and the price was too high for the quality we got The staff did not always meet the expected professionalism and kindness one would expect from a 5 star hotel. The customers wishes and needs should be a priority and this was not what we felt like.

As strange as it sounds, the bathroom/spa @ this hotel is out of this world, it is feed by hot springs! The grounds & outside pools were very nice and so were the room size. The view of the city of TaiChung in the Day or at Night was wonderful since it was up on the hills! I guess part of it's charm, that it is a little out of the way of Center City but nothing an Uber ride can't fix.

Room is big and clean. The property looks well maintained in the public areas. The staff is friendly. It feels like an oasis in midst of a city. It’s a bit far and away from the center of town. It’s not located in an area where you can just walk outside and find eateries around the neighborhood.

The location is perfect for the hot spring hotel. The breakfast is fine and various. I believe that experience could relieve your mind and feel comfortable on the journey.

The room and outside garden were stunning. Highly recommended for a romantic weekend. Food in Chinese restaurant in a hotel very average. Other buffet restaurant much much better.

Very relaxing environment and I love that you have your own hot spring in the room so you can enjoy anytime. It is very clean and tidy. Staff will refill everything and clear the trash everyday of your stay. Reception didn’t feel like welcoming but the room attendants were all quite nice and helpful.

Both breakfast and dinner was spectacular. Their spa the best in the city as it has both indoor and outdoor pools. Loation in a quiet scenic area. Their zen garden with gold fish delightfull. Clean and comfortable room. We loved it so much that we came back for another stay at the end of our vacation.
