The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Good service overall. Glad the breakfast was included and enjoyed the variety of dishes. The room was kept clean. Only negative was the lack of clothes racks in the bathroom.

Location was excellent! The aircon was a bit loud, somehow I did not sleep as good as the other hotels I stayed in Taiwan. You might have to wait for awhile for the lift.

near night market cannot flush toilet paper very unhygenic. room is very small and no floor mat in bathroom. very slippery floor in bathroom. limited power socket to charge devices.

The washing machine and dryer were great! The rooms were also comfortable.

The location Toilet very small.Staff advised us not to throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl, which sounds kind of ridiculous . A bit run down . Only 3 hangers (which I brought up 10 years ago but no change) for 2 people .2 pillows for2 people . Have been staying there all these years but realised they are not interested in improving the stay by vacationers .

location is good. Fengjia night market is a few steps away. Bathroom was small and bathroom door was moldy. lift lobby had a stale smell. Whole hotel felt very dated.

Location of the hotel is superb, just within walking distance to Fengjia Night Market. Room rate included breakfast and the overall stay worth the value. Will stay in this hotel again if I return to Taichung. Nil.
