Great location and very convenient. The staff were wonderful and helped us with many things during our stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Family mart and 7-11 right next to it was a big plus. Nothing major. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.

The room is quiet, spacious, and in a great location close to the city center. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having access to a washer and dryer was a big plus. I had to buy laundry detergent. It would be great if they could provide it for free.

The breakfast was more or less the same as the breakfast at most hotels I've stayed at in Taiwan: very good overall, but it had no orange juice, and some of its Asian dishes were a bit heavy for breakfast. The location is not as close to an MRT station or to restaurants as would be ideal, but it is still reasonably good.

Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Not too far from bus stops or subway. A lot of eateries and take out places nearby. Also near a 7-11 and a Family Mart. Breakfast is ok and not much offerings for the western palette.

The room is clean, staff is nice and breakfast is very good. The property is a little far from the MRT, and some parts of the road leading to the property do not have a walkway. However, overall it is acceptable.

Great staff, from start to finish. Easy to reach by both Uber and MRT (not a stone's throw away, but easily walkable). The rooms are well laid out and in great condition, and kept well-maintained. Being just about 100 meters from 1 of the main boulevards, you get a quick pickup by any Uber. The reception area has plenty of sitting space to wait for that Uber or UberEats you ordered. But above all else, just lovely staff. Excellent value for money when you visit Taichung. Nothing whatsoever. A+++

They upgraded my room, so I have two windows in my room. The curved window is perfect to watch the rain. I love the little small space in front of the window. The AC in the walkway in front of the room is kind of hot. I don’t know why it is so hot, but maybe it is my own problem since I’m used to colder weather.

The location is accessible to nearby MRT and eateries. I was not posted earlier on the late checkout fees. When I requested for a possible late checkout or fee waive off, the male staff attitude was very rude and his English was very weak whereby he could only raised his voice and said "No" which I felt offended.

breakfast was so much not enjoyable that we did not even consider going there the second day. Very hard bed like in a cheap stay. Overall to see how much you pay for a hotel in Taiwan, you get nothing. Crappy bed, loud noise, bad breakfast. If it were 1000 NTD a night, I would not complain, but at 3000 NTD a night, simply not worth it and deserves only a bad rating.

Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very nice and the facilities are very modern and well-maintained. The hotel is on a busy street, but the rooms are very soundproof and we had a very good night's rest. The location is also perfect, very close to shops and public transportation. Overall, a great value for money and a perfect place to stay in Taichung. My only small complaint would be the fact that there was almost no meat for breakfast, even though there were many good food options. This is not a big deal, but just a remark.

- The hotel location is conveniently located for us to travel to places that we wanted to visit, such as Fengchia Night Market. - The location is also quiet and is near convenient stores and other eating places. - Unfortunately, there were mosquitoes in our room, resulting in my spouse being quite badly bitten during the nights spent there.

Great bed, great breakfast and good location. You can hear everything that happens in the bathroom as door not fully closable so be sure you know your partner!
