Very friendly and accommodating staff

Staff was friendly and efficient. Water and fridge on room a nice touch. Also, the TV setup had a nice variety. Beds were comfortable. Noon checkout was a bonus. The smell was horrid. The room and hallway had a very old smoky smell. I had to buy charcoal deodorizers and Febreeze to try to minimize the odor. This smell just completely took control of the room. It overpowered anything good about the space. We stayed out extra late just to avoid returning to the room. Once asleep, we could escape the smell but were quickly reminded of its tight grip of power upon waking up. The best part of this hotel experience was the check out.

The staff are polite, gentle and helpful. The hotel as a whole is well facilitated. The room is neat, and bedding is very clean. The price is quite competitive, and the included breakfast is a plus. Generally, it's a great experience to stay in this hotel, No complaints.

The room was clean. The mattress was too soft. the water pressure was a little low and water wasn’t very hot.

Centralized for traveling to many places Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful Especially Ken, Tracy and Air Tracy went beyond and made my stay soooo much easier and pleasant. I’m really considering to return n to this Hotel just because of Tracy’s service Fix the dryer

Friendly staff and reimbursement for offsite parking due to lack of on-site parking space The photos on the website, especially the ones of bathroom, don't reflect the real condition, which is a bit old and dingy(see the attached photo for comparison, first one being the one on website) for me. Shower isn't hot enough for me, a person who usually takes a 40 degree Celsius shower, and water pressure is quite low.

The bus stop is right in front of the hotel which make it convenient to travel around. Within walking distance there is a night market and lots of eatery places nearby. To our surprise, there's also a wet market just across the street that sells daily fruit produce and tasty breakfast in the morning. There's a coin-operated laundry service within the hotel which is a plus point for travelers, however, the dryer did not work as expected. We dried the laundry for two rounds, and the clothing were were still damp. It added additional hassle in our traveling schedule instead of convenience, we had to go down to the laundry room again and again to check on the laundry.

It was a modern hotel with a lot of amenities provided, including towels. It was spacious, and located close to many interesting locations. The TV, although equipped with satellite TV, did not have an HDMI port available for me to plug in my devices to it. Also, room service did not clean the bathroom properly.

The place is honestly great ! Free filtered water, both hot and cold, private enough bunk-beds with curtain isolation and power plugs + space to put personnal items (and lockers inside the room), great common space with many guests coming, going and chatting. Staff speaks very good English as well, and some good food + visit recommendations on the spot. Bags of tea and instant coffee are available for free, laundry service at an affordable price. Two things to be noted before you come in : the lockers are not very big and for large backpacks you need to let them in the room. And prices skyrocket on the weekend. I definitely recommend to go there during the week, but to avoid on weekends (price get a *5 level increase)

spacious, clean room staff didn't tell us that certain floors can only be reached by the elevators beside reception, not the other set of elevators, would've been nice to know. we waited an hour past our checkin time to get our room

Big room with basic facilities Old

Sadly none 1) the room smells like cigarettes+mold. I had to wear mask the entire time in the room. Please for your own sake, don’t stay at this hotel. 2) gross bathroom needs to be renovated asap 3) even the reception/lobby area smells like a very old moldy parking lot… 4) because everything was so gross, couldn’t touch anything in the room. Even the towels smelled bad+moldy, I couldn’t wipe my face with it 5) had to open the window+ have the a/c on due to odour 6) Everything is OLD & GROSS

The most I like about this hotel is that the room is spacious (I selected the biggest), it is clean and quite. The breakfast is not great but OK too. For the price it is a good choice. Although the room is spacious, the arrangement (maybe because this is old) is not very practical, sofa is under the TV so you have to watch in your bed, water boiler and hair dryer crowded on the small desk, making it hard to work on. The bathroom is also big, but you have to shower in the bathtub. 5PM check in is sort of anomaly, although they give you one more hour at check out (12 noon).
