The rooms are big and has a lot of things to do for fun. We could swim, relax in the sauna or use the big jacuzzi. It is private and conveniently located. There are many TVs and also karaoke! The breakfast is buffet style and exceptional. So many choices and nicely prepared. The restaurant is well maintained and very clean. The shuttle bus was an added bonus to the accomodation. We could visit the night market in style and comfort using the shuttle and the driver was so kind and helpful. He shared tips and information. He was always on time and friendly. The place is also pet friendly and very spacious. You feel like you are in your own little resort! The check out every day if you are staying consecutive days with a family and a dog it is inconvenient and you have to pay extra not to check out. There was a smell of smoke even when you see no smoking signs everywhere.

The staff were very sweet and the free shuttle to the night market was very helpful. The gym was closed and under renovation, the restaurant was closed and under renovation but no-one had mentioned this when we booked. So breakfast was bento style to be collected in the lobby. The lights in the room were not optimal. You could not read in bed unless you used the torch provided in the room but ours did not work. The sound system for the TV was so low as the speakers were at the foot of the bed so you could not sit in bed and watch something comfortably. The TV sound however could be heard in the bathroom due to speakers in there. The TV in the bathroom only had local channels so you could not finish the film you were watching in the bedroom in the bath tub. The hot water was just above warm and not very hot.

The room is huge, and they were able to accommodate 2 roll away beds, and thus 6 of us can sleep comfortably. the room come with our own 2 persons sauna and jacuzzi so was really great overall cleanliness must be improved. the room is dusty, and you can still see hair in the bathroom area, and there were also ants crawling around.

Kids play area is very well done up and well equipped. The water tap inside the room makes it so convenient to get hot/cold water without having to boil it. Good location. Reception staff is generally helpful (though some of them may not be as approachable). The room is a little too cold and there’s no way to adjust the temperature. Bed is very soft so you can feel it when the other person shifts on the bed.

There was some day to day variation in breakfast. The lady in charge of housekeeping really tried to solve the problems caused my management. We were charged the holiday rate if about NT$7000 per night. For the price I would have expected a hotel with working air conditioning. The hotel didn't turn on the central air conditioning until the 2nd day when I complained. My partner complained that the first room we were given smelled of smoke. It didn't bother me, but the hotel gave us another room. Staff seemed upset that we wanted to drink the juice that had been set out as complimentary. In house entertainment didn't quite work even after a technician came to try to help.
