-Location -pet friendly -the room smelt of cigarettes -no parking but website indicates free parking (alliance with public parking lot in front of the hotel). I paid NT$100 more for breakfast and parking but when I checked in, the front desk told me there was no alliance with the public parking lot, but the parking lot was free. We had to wait in line for 30-40 minutes for parking (Saturday night around 7:30pm).

No bath tub in the comfort room maybe its a old room A306 no slippers. We have water dispensers but I’ll drink coffee but no hot water.

I didn't expected that the room is so excellent they even gave me the city view and I love it. It is a little bit far on the Railway station but bus stop is just in front of the hotel. I also love that the hotel is a pet friendly, as a furmom like me seeing furbabies greeting your excitedly is worth it. Oh our brave police dog who always observing guests is worth to watched. As a pillow person like me l, I think additional pillow is much better

The room was big and spacious even for 5 of us . The main beds were really comfortable and smelt fresh. The shower was powerful and hot. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off before check in. Very quiet at night but close to lots of convenient places. Sadly our bathroom had a foul smell - possibly a blocked drain? The sofa bed also wasn't very comfortable for the 5th person. The breakfast wasn't great. You had a limited choice from a menu which you ordered the night before and then had to collect it from the reception in the morning. We skipped breakfast after the first morning.

There is a water dispenser in the room which is pretty convenient, breakfast option and washing machine The hotel is not clean at all, under the bed there’s a lot of dust, the toilet smelled like pee when we arrived and overall the place is not clean.

The room, it was very clean when we arrived It's dark in the vicinity when the evening comes.

It wasn’t clean. There were molds and dust/dirt in the room. Also, smells like cigarette.

Personal was very nice Mold in bathroom, lots of stains as well giving a very unclean feel. Bedroom was clean but the bed was very hard for me. Wifi did not reach my room.

Location, staff, price. Deluxe room mattress is nice and soft, has city view but might be noisy from the bus. Standard double room has no window, hard mattress but still comfortable. Very late check in at 17:00

Staff was nice. Very accommodating despite the language barrier. The rooms we've stayed at were not clean. I've seen some signs of dust and molds. I know it's on the cheaper side but cleanliness should at least be the priority.

Good location...short walk to train station, right jn front oc bus stop. Eateries just around the corner. There's a water dispenser in the room. Just a note for shower curtains to be chNged as it is moldy.
