Bedroom is well furnished, new, and designed so that there is plenty of storage space as well as counterspace. The bathroom is massive and has a scale.

Dedicated Front Desk staff sorting out maintenance issues, booking our day tours and assisting with dinner bookings etc. THANK YOU to Livia, Hannah, Grace, Paq, John and (Evetta?) who tried hard to fix the leaking hand basin for us. Vera from the restaurant team was particularly attentive and caring, going extra miles to cater for my special needs and health conditions. Much appreciated! Great home-cooking style breakfast mainly in Taiwanese cuisine. Fresh fruit platters, sandwiches and bread selections also provided. Freshly made omelettes from real eggs. In house brewed herbal tea or fruity drinks (pending on the seasons) served throughout the day, along with a variety of snacks and sweets in the pantry area. Coffee machine and microwave available. Comfy beds for good night sleep. Sogo is only one block away for food courts and endless shopping. The air-conditioned 6th Market takes 5 min walk. The odd sewage system in the mix-use building required guests to throw toilet papers into separate waste bins instead of the toilet bowls. Though all rooms were equipped with washlets that could clean the users after every episode, it was still unpleasant. However, someone said it was a common phenomenon around Taichung. What a pity!

Quiet room, nice staff. Close to 7-11, mall with good restaurants and nice walking via a parkway a few streets over. Would not have bothered getting room with a window as was just looking into an apt bldg next door. Carpet really needed replacing

The bedsheets are Too old . Already thinning from washing and using for a long time Some morning when I woke up the bedsheet is detach not enough garter to hold them at the corner of the mattress . The towels are also very thin from using for so many years . For the past 10 years I always use airline inn I also refer to so many of my friend who wasn’t to teaching for medical check up at Metro Tungs hosp . And others also refer to this hotel .

Carpet. The dull colour makes it seem dirtier than it really is. Extra amenities like toothbrush, razors etc, are payable.

The toilet is squat type . Should change to sitting type bec u can’t squat . If I squat I can’t get up

Very good but the faicility is a bit outdated. The bathroom especially needed to be redone. It floods every time we shower. The details. Need to deep clean the corners. Wall paper were scratched and not renewed.

I liked the interior design it feels like in a plane, and the uniform of their staff is like the flight attendant. The aircon is too low temperature.
