The location is great. A lot of food in the area and it is very closed to the bus stop and night market. The sound proof is not good. I first selected the room that was facing the street. I heard loud noise from ? every 5 mins, not the traffic noise. I had to ask them to change the room which does not face the street. Then it was fine. They were very accommodating.

The staff were helpful when they are there. No reliable ability to leave luggage at hotel before check in time because no staff and unsecured lobby. Room had no windows. TV and internet were down which they told us about before check in and we would be ok with that, but when we got to the room there was severe construction noise right above the room that made it unbearable. The other room we booked had a straight up open hole in the ceiling for construction. Not ok. We ended up leaving for a different location. Staff was helpful in refining.

Lovely stay with super cold airconds. and hot showers. Shower rooms were clean, sheets and linen were clean. street noises but it gets quiet at night. so it's fine.

The location is great as it is located at the roadside in fengjia night market. I feel so secure for traveling alone. Also, the location is convenient, as the bus stops to the places like 2nd market, Yizhong Street and high rail speed station is just a 3-min walking distance from the hotel. The space is a bit small especially the toilet. However, it is acceptable for a budget hotel.

Location was right next to Fengjia night market. Good if that's what interests you to see the night life. Relatively clean. Check in was through 2 computer screens. A little convoluted but okay The noise was terrible. The hotel should have a warning on booking that rooms overlook 1m away from the main road. The bedhead backs onto the wall that face right the main road with only a window and a shade to block the noise. Had they provided warning on booking, I wouldn't complain. Paid for 2 single rooms for 2 nights but stayed one night and left 7pm the following night. Stayed on 3rd floor, in Rms 310, 311. There was also either water flow or compression noise

The hotel's staff was friendly and very helpful. Its localisation was also quite convenient, close to the night market, bus stop and many restaurants. The self check-in machine was not working properly each time (I stayed at the hotel twice, each stay several months apart) so I needed the hotel's personnel help, which is not a big deal as long as there is someone at the counter to help but one has to bear that in mind if late check-in is part of the plan.
