Location is great The towels and the condition of the room need to be upgraded. The manager need to monitor the facilities more frequent. I saw the cleaning of the toilet at the entrance already signed full for the month of march but it was only the second week of march. Seriously need to upgrade.

The hotel was very close to the night market so location-wise, it was very convenient. Rooms were clean, and noise levels were acceptable even though the hotel is relatively close to high traffic areas. The hotel decided to change the smart locks on all the rooms on my floor and instead of moving me to a different floor or wait until I checked out, they had me pull all of my stuff to the hallway and wait for 2 hours while they installed the new smart lock. Once installed, they provided me with a new room card which did not work, I had to wait for 1 and a half hour at 9 pm for the hotel manager to come and open my door with his master key.
