The air conditioning system was not strong enough

This property was easy to find because it's in the Asean Square. This was particularly helpful for us because we used Uber a lot during our stay in Taichung. A lot of places are also walkable from here. The beds were comfy. No kitchen sink but a small fridge was available. Bathroom was big. Nothing

There's no complimentary water unlike the other hotels we stayed at. There's no bidet in the toilet. There's also no disposable slippers unlike other hotels that provide us free slippers. The pillows are dirty and yellowish.

Location was good Bathroom & shower were dirty. Our original room had smells of cigarette smoke & when we got moved to another room, smells of smoke still lingered. There was mould growing along the sides of the wall. No housekeeping for the 4 days we were there & no real kitchen equipment & utensils were available.

The cleanliness of the showers was not as shown in the pictures. The first room I had smelled very bad. Thank you to the front desk staff for helping me to change rooms. The second room was much better. Shower was ok but still needs more cleaning to look like the pictures on their site and on google.

The bed is big and it combine two bed to 1 as king size Walk 3mins will reach some landmark The toilet interior wasn’t looks good

It was dirty, the lights were too dim, not enough outlets. There was dead cockroach in the bathroom that was never cleaned.

FOC Coffee at night. Poor facility. Right beside toilet is my bed. Freaking disgusting! My head is right below the electric plugs, which I feel really discomfortable! Around this around many foreigner labour, created me bad image for TaiChung! Hotel lobby is dark! Don’t feel like a hotel at all, it’s a motel… really disappointed with the surroundings!

Exceeded my expectation, since I expected hotels in this building to be very old and run down. This place had a last minute deal for about 750NT, which was a very good price. The room was pretty clean, and there was only a little noise from the hallway and other rooms. It's best to make sure you have a room far away from the elevators and lobby. The beds were not the most comfortable, but they were very good. The shower and bathroom were clean and worked well. Everything looked like the pictures. The snacks for sale were all vegan/lacto-ovo. Would stay again. There was no bum gun in the toilet. Lobby looks like a KTV entrance, but it's a normal hotel.

Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
